If we ever face an audit or a legal dispute, every payment history, communication thread, and document is instantly retrievable and timestamped. This centralized data integrity removes the potential for costly administrative errors and ensures full regulatory compliance across our portfolio. The platform is designed for professional oversight. We depend on it religiously.

CONS: The fact it doesn't have an app yet is sad. It would be a huge help if we could get access to the info at the press of a button.

PROS: 1. We can add a new unit, onboard a tenant, and integrate the lease in under an hour. 2. The workflows remain consistent whether we manage 5 units or 50, which is critical for long-term scaling. 3. The system automatically segregates financials by property, simplifying our bank reconciliation process.

CONS: 1. The bulk action features could be more user-friendly and consolidated. 2. We need deeper customization options for creating user roles and access permissions for junior staff.

PROS: My tenants are happier ever since I started using RentPost, which means I'm happier. Win-win.

PROS: Everything stays in the software program, which is incredibly useful because we have a lot of properties to look after. We’re no longer digging through random Gmail folders or texts for an old conversation about a clogged sink. The centralized messaging creates a perfect, time-stamped audit trail for every single resident interaction, which is priceless

CONS: Sometimes it takes a while to load or crashes if my wifi is slow or I have multiple windows open.

Plus, the data is solid too, I haven't had any issues so far and I've been using this PMS for almost a year now. I can trust the search, which is the most critical part of mitigating risk. It saves us a ton of time by quickly filtering out applicants who clearly won't qualify.

CONS: Occasionally, the system flags applicants who ultimately meet all criteria, so I still double-check a few reports. It’s a minor step, but worth noting.

CONS: Although it’s not a deal breaker but larger payments should come with push notifications for sure

Thankfully, it has streamlined a lot of my repetitive stuff I used to do manually. Implementation was smooth, and the interface is intuitive for my entire team.

CONS: Honestly, there’s nothing I’ve found frustrating yet. Everything has been running efficiently, but yes I would prefer a more instant customer support, as it lags at times. But not a deal breaker!

PROS: Rentpost made property management very easy for me. its automated rent collection and manitence requests have saved me form a lot of trouble.

PROS: I own a PMC and If you're a PM as well and looking to automate most of your repetitive tasks, RentPost has got your back. I've got 20 regular Vendors to whom, I've to maintain regular WO. Rentpost's newer dashboard just made this lot easier to deal with. It's also easier to implement with intuitive dashboard

CONS: To be very frank, there's nothing to dislike about RentPost, yet. Kudos

PROS: Rent collection was never easy for us, thanks to RentPost, it has become extremely streamlined. It wasn't easy for me to manage WO, followup rent collection for 12 units. Thankfully I have been using rentpost for past 8 months now

CONS: Support could have been better. I understand their issues but still it seems they're not doing their job correctly. However everything else is smooth
