What is Rivers IM?
Rivers IM is a team collaboration and communication platform that allows a more focused conversation with family, friends, and workmates. It’s a fast, secure, and reliable instant messaging solution that’s ideal for corporate use of any scale.
Users can create a group inside the app, called Cube, and invite teammates and even guests to participate in the discussion. The Topic feature can be used to converse about specific subject matters by creating a subgroup within a cube. Topics can either be open to the public or private so only selected individuals can participate.
Rivers IM can also be used for one-on-one communication just like normal messaging apps, but with added security. There are transferable admin rights as well to ensure that there’s always someone to oversee a discussion. Aside from chatting, it also offers various collaboration features including document sharing and voice notes.
The software supports native integration with Google Drive. It also provides users with a robust developer API to easily integrate the system with the apps they’re using.
Rivers IM is available for download on both iOS and Android devices. Users can also sync their mobile apps into their computers for a seamless, cross-platform collaboration experience.

Organized Collaboration and Messaging
You can create Topics within a Cube (group) to ensure that discussions are focused on a specific subject matter. This prevents the creation of another group each time a separate, but related, discussion needs to be held. Thus, you and your team’s workspace is less cluttered and more organized.
Groups and topics can be classified as public or private so that you can fully control who can and can’t see particular conversations. There is also an option to create secret projects within a cube which is completely invisible to the non-participating members.
Easy Invite
Inviting your entire team members to Rivers IM is so easy that it can be done within a minute. There are various ways to accomplish it as well. You can send an invite link through email, SMS, other messaging apps, etc. After they accept, you can then start working together.
Guests can be invited over a conversation too. Their view is restricted to the topic they’re in and they’ll only know the members of the same topic they are. Guests can’t also see the previous conversation before they were invited and they’re not allowed to create new topics as well.
Multi-Device Sync
Rivers IM can sync with every device it’s active on including Android, iOS, and desktop. It’s cross-platform too, meaning it works perfectly on Windows, Mac, or Linux OS. This ensures that important discussions are available anytime and anywhere.
Advance Admin Privileges
Rivers IM allows the appointment of admin with various supervising privileges which is by default given to the creator of Cube or Topic. Admin roles can be transferred, revoked, and assigned temporarily as well. This is ideal for ensuring that there will always be someone to overlook the discussions.

PROS: I like using it for my marketing team's internal messaging needs. The UI is fast and easy, and I'm able to control the communications chaos using the powerful Cubes feature so I can message a colleague directly if needed. I think it's perfect for collaboration with any business.

PROS: Rivers is very useful if you are looking for a slicker alternative to WhatsApp groups, slack, the UI is nicely done and is very intuitive. Overall it is fast, have experienced zero downtime so far and people i work with love it too.
CONS: There could be more features for idea management and task management
