PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The drag and drop feature and the image gallery are among the things we love about SendinBlue. It makes editing process easy as well as swapping/replacing images and links.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system can be very difficult to navigate sometimes and the benefits of the service is not always clear. There are instances when it just too technical and this stresses us out when it happens. Also, when I send codes, they are usually sent as emails and it can be very frustrating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SendinBlue enables me to send emails by the bulk without worrying too much if my intended recipients get them or not.
