What Problems Will Shuttle Solve?

Problem 1 – Challenger Bank needs its SME customers to sign a contract and send personal identity and company account information before it can open an account. The problem is compounded by the need to collect the documentation from multiple directors within the business. Previously the bank would complete the process manually (thus very slow) through email and telephone calls.
