SignUpGenius Review

PROS: I found SignUpGenius as useful solution for streamlining a list of volunteers for our events. We can invite lot of people and those who are interested in our events can follow the link and sign up for attendance. We can break the timeslots into different categories and our users can post notes and shere between them.

CONS: The UI is not very clear I’d like to see it more clear. Also, I don’t like the colors and fonts.

PROS: As teacher who uses SignUpGenius we can easily organize lot of conferences at the same time. Whenever a parent requests a conference we send them an email including link to sign up. It helps the parents to choose their available time.

CONS: It can be little difficult when it comes to remembering setting up the sign up sheet every time.

PROS: SignUp Genius allows us to create various options of offerings so people can sign up with, there are many different themes we can choose so we can put on the different sign ups. It provides various options for every type of sign-up and we are able to use same platform for various programs.

CONS: I would like to see an option where I can limit the number of times that someone can sign up, also I see some limitations about features, and I’m waiting for its customer service response.

PROS: This is flexible and easy to use software and the setting up is seamless. The product meets our needs. We are using it in our church, school, sports teams and for other clients so we can get their signs for various events and participations.

CONS: Some designs look amateur but the good thing is that this program allows us to customize them and to improve the appearance.

PROS: I like that every process is streamlined and the website is intuitive so you can accomplish everything you need.

CONS: I think that there are features that make the page little awekward. Some people are little bit confused because they can’t always find where to sign up.

PROS: Signup Genius is easy to use and flexible when it comes to setting up the system in a way that suits our needs on some level. This product is used by my church, school, sports teams and many other clients are using it so they can manage their donations, volunteer time, meal planning and other.

CONS: I don’t like some designs because they look amateur, but you can always customize them and to improve their appearance.

PROS: With SUG we are able to create lot of options of offerings so we can be more flexible when it comes to signing up docs. It offers various themes and we can choose them for different sign ups. There are lot of options for each type of sign up and we can use same platform for various programs.

CONS: I’d like them to add option for limiting the number of times that someone can sign up. In addition, some features have limitations and we have to wait for long in order to get response from its customer service.

PROS: It is a great tool for streamline a list of volunteers for some events. We are able to invite almost everyone and those who wants to participate can follow the link and sign up for a time slot. We are able to break the timeslots into separate categories, and users are allowed to post notes and share between them.

CONS: They could make the user interface more cleaner. I don’t like the fonts and colors, but it’s no big deal.
