PROS: Before discovering SimplyBook.me, managing client appointments felt like a juggling act. Every business owner knows the challenges: back-and-forth emails, calendar mix-ups, and last-minute changes. Then SimplyBook.me entered the frame and changed everything. The platform's intuitive interface is its first win. Even the least tech-savvy of my clients can navigate and book a slot. It has truly democratized the process, making it accessible to everyone. For me, this means happier clients and less time spent on administrative tasks – more time to focus on what I love: capturing moments. The automated reminders are a dream come true. Gone are the days of no-shows or forgotten appointments. My clients get timely notifications, ensuring they're prepped and ready for their shoot, which in turn guarantees better results and satisfied customers. This little feature alone has enhanced the professionalism of my business tenfold. But it's not just about the functional benefits. The subtle touchpoints, like being able to customize my booking page to reflect my brand, make it feel uniquely mine. In a world where personal touches make all the difference, SimplyBook.me ensures that my business stands out.

CONS: Nothing

PROS: I discovered Simply Book Me recently, looking for booking options to link to the Facebook CTA-button. A pleasant discovery! Then, this tool is easy, practical and intuitive to use, and offers a whole bunch of possibilities regarding settings and syncing to relevant pages such as Fan page, Google My Business etc.

CONS: I'm just starting to use the tool, but, as far as I could understand, some resources such a CSS and Facebook bot settings require that we configure them personally or outsource their configuration. This is sometimes an impairment for the layperson.

PROS: SimplyBook.me is easy to use out of the box, by using the FAQ and live help, you can figure most everything out in a flash.

CONS: It integrates payment and scheduling, this is a total weight off my mind... amazing!

PROS: The layout of the website is very different from other sites that create websites.

CONS: A lot of the special features are really useful but the cheapest features package includes only 3 which isn’t enough

PROS: The trial was exceptional and allowed us to setup all the services and platform to tailor it to our needs. It was the professional and efficient support SimplyBook provided that also made our decision to purchase a subscription very easy. It is an amazing platform which transformed our booking and office administration within the first week of its implementation and that it can easily be integrated with Paypal made receiving payments hassle-free. CONS: None-

PROS: I am a Vocal Coach and use SimplyBook.me as my go-to lesson booking platform. It is very user-friendly and straightforward for both teachers and students and it has a huge array of useful features. Highly recommended.

CONS: Overall I'm very pleased with the amount of features and integrations offered (Google Calendar, Facebook, etc. ). I would ideally want more of them to be offered to lower-tier subscribers because they are very useful.

PROS: I love how we're able to sync the site to our own Facebook page. It makes it a whole lot easier for anyone (including my students) to set a schedule for appointments.

CONS: It'd be nice to have an option that lets patrons choose their own schedule while getting a glimpse of service providers present according to their selected schedule. But this is just a minor thing and it certainly doesn't prevent my students from accessing the site.

PROS: For my business the ability to allow clients to send scheduling request straight from my website and allow them to see what is available so they can have some scheduling options. I also really like the ability to be albe to confirm the schedule before it is actually added to the calendar.

CONS: The only thing, and for me it is early so it may be available, I will have to just work with the tool more, is to be able to put different intake questions for the different services we offer.

PROS: The ability to create group bookings, issue rewards for customers who refer your service or class, and how east it is to embed the calendar to a self-hosted website.

CONS: Client login seems to be compulsory, or new customers won't be able to register for a class. I don't think this is necessary (especially for my class, which is generally booked once off). I also think this could be a deterrent to new customers signing up for a class, as it's extra work. I feel like this kind of forces us to use it and just makes us use up a custom feature so we can be bumped up to a higher/costlier subscription faster. Lastly, rewards and referral feature could be improved. I'd love to see a % of my class fee go to a customer for their referrals. As most of my customers book once off and I don't see them using a discount voucher, as this assumes they will rebook. They book for the experience, not for the recurring benefits of a traditional class (eg. yoga) The booking widget takes long to load on site level. It also seems to only load when we scroll to it on the page. We have an anchor link, which is rendered useless if the user has to scroll to the calendar in order for it to load. The anchor link can't link to the calendar if it is not loaded.

PROS: Endless selection of custom features, booking widget to integrate with your own or existing website. If you don't have a website for your company yet you can create one with Simplybook.me and it's very simple to setup. Very user friendly, you can learn your way around the site and it's tools very quickly. Best of all you can accept online payments which is a create for securing that booking. Support team is amazing, very friendly and super helpful!

CONS: Some features are bit pricey and for a beginner it can be bit complicated or maybe overwhelming to use because there's so many features but the upside is they have videos and a very helpful support system that will guide you through everything.

PROS: So far, this platform did a splendid job for me. It's very consistent and has true value the moment I started using it. I highly recommended SimplyBook for any business in need of a platform that has unparalleled reliability and integration.

CONS: If there's ever anything that I'd like to improve, it would be their design layout functionality. It's never an easy route creating your own landing page (although not impossible). But it would make things a lot simpler when layouts can be customized.

PROS: I appreciate all the payment options. Once you get the hang of it it ease of navigating.

CONS: For a first time user it was a bit difficult to figure out where to navigate when looking for a particular option. However the tutorial videos and customer service helped ease the process. Also it would be nice if the basic package had 4 custom features vs 3.

PROS: I like how it syncs with Google and has a payment option.

CONS: There is quite the learning curve, and I consider myself fairly techy. There was a lot of click & looking for settings in the different menus. Some were in categories that didn't make sense to me. Some of the descriptions weren't clear or worded to where they differentiated better from the other options.

PROS: In my own book, this is the best system for scheduling at the moment. It's relatively simple to use for my clients. It has plenty of functionality as well has moving appointments from one slot to another. I highly recommend SimplyBook to business owners.

CONS: I was hoping there's some way to break down the schedule automatically whenever a client confirms an appointment. At present, I had to resort to extending my appointments for the sake of accommodating my breaks, which can be confusing to clients. I also felt that's one reason why they're late at times since they assume our appointments would last more than one hour and a half, when it's really just an hour in length. It would be a bonus if clients can re-schedule their own appointment.

PROS: This is definitely a very solid solution. I have checked some booking solutions and choose SimplyBook.me because it fits best my requirements. I liked it to have the full range of functions during the free test phase. So could explore what I need and pay just for things I really use.

CONS: Flexibility is everything! Therefore I missed the option to customize the text in the calendar entry. Compared to the overall functionality definitely a minor thing.

PROS: The best aspect of this service is simplicity and ease of installation and configuration.

CONS: I dunno about that. For my tasks - there are no problematic aspects, because it work well.

PROS: Lots of great features, but the best part is the great documentation/videos and support staff to help in setting them all up

CONS: I wished I had a longer trial period to configure out system and test it all before purchasing, however I suspect the support staff would have given an extension if I had asked.

PROS: Easy to integrate and add services to. It is perfect when you want to get up and running quickly.

CONS: I think that stats should be included in all tiers. As is for now you need to have custom features to see the number of visitors to your booking page.

PROS: The ease of creating a booking site for your business. They have many online tools to help you through out your process of building. You get a professional look without all the stress.

CONS: Better instruction on the design page. When you change the color of something, showing which section is being updated with that change.

PROS: cost effective with scheudling feature integrate with payment system.

CONS: not flexible to price your service by time duration. no entry to unpaid booking, you msut book and pay in one go.

PROS: The comprehensiveness of the features that it has out of the box

CONS: Setup needs a few hours to fit it to your business

PROS: I run a sport facility rental company in Malaysia. Simplybook is absolutely beautiful and fits my booking and scheduling needs. Simplybook has helped me in avoiding double booking which may lead to bad customers satisfaction. 24/7 customer service helped me to set up the booking website up running in just 3 days. Simplybook also has dashboard that helps you understand more about your customer so that you can make better business decision to attract more customers.

CONS: Lack of more localized payment system (eWallet) such as Boost, Grabpay, QRpay etc.

PROS: I love how I start with a simple platform and then add features to make it suit my business. The templates are also good and functional.

CONS: As someone living outside of the USA, the price of the top end packages are a bit pricey, but there is enough on the entry level for me to get going.

PROS: Provides us with a very professional mechanism to book appointments, user friendly and adaptable to our needs

CONS: Took me a while to configure/personalise the site but not problematic - very happy with the outcome

PROS: The best aspect of this product is ease of use of this product.

CONS: There are no particularly problematic things.

PROS: Most of it is automated and there is an option that fits all you need that you just need to find and enable. You can also customise all email communications and automate them in a very efficient way. it is compatible with a lots of online calendars (such as google calendar )and payment providers.

CONS: The free options come with only 3 customs options such as the ability to accept payments or the ability to accept bookings. There is an order of magnitude in terms of the coding evolved with those two and yet they are \"priced\" the same. I feel like the ability to limit bookings should come for free.

PROS: great support and easy to use interface. I love the templates and how easy it is to personalize

CONS: I would love to have at least 5 features included in the basic plan. it seems that 3 it too little for 10 dollars a month

PROS: The booking webpage can be customised with your branding and you have 14 days to test out all the features and decide which ones you really need. The basic package allows for those just starting out a professional page for bookings that also allows receiving payments. I researched a lot, and for the price tag, SimplyBook.me offers the best deal with many great features.

CONS: In order to activate the Membership custom feature, you need to activate two other custom features, meaning that if you want this function, then it will require all the custom features included in the Basic Package. I still need to figure out whether there is an option to advertise services at a discounted rate without coupons and such. When creating packages, it would be nice to be able to give the option to clients to choose the frequency of the services included in the package, such as every week or every two weeks, and instalment payments to match. The platform has a 'Pay Later' option, which gives you the opportunity to agree payment terms with each individual client if this would be necessary with payments being made outside SimplyBookMe. I have not yet discovered whether it is possible to move appointments already made in case such changes are needed. But overall, I rate the platform highly and new features and improvements seem to be rolled out regularly.

PROS: Good to have a call and online chat with customer support for product demo as introduction, and then followed by 1 month trial with access to all the features so as to decide the most suitable pricing plan.

CONS: Interface navigation and functions could get more simplified.

PROS: Easy to use, Custom Features are great ... Custom Translation allows me to set up my preference labels and awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

CONS: little expensive.. just wish to allow me purchase individual custom feature after I used up 8 custom feature for Standard Plan instead force me to go up to premium plan for only one or two extra I need.

PROS: very convenient integration with the site and facebook. many additions. possibility of payment for prepay

CONS: easy to destroy the system by changing the base interval in the settings. I did not understand how to remove the break, which he himself made in the calendar section

PROS: Lot of features can be customized but they are not country specific and may struggle in doing the way you want

CONS: There are hidden charges 10 time to the subscription cost which was a huge blow and surprise in case if you want to customize. It is all about a strategy not a fair deal

PROS: This product is awesome because it allows you to customize several things that other scheduling softwares did not allow me to customize. I tried 5 softwares before I picked this one.

CONS: I wish the intake forms were a little more customizable r had more features. For example, when I ask my customers to type in an address, I want them to have the option to drop a pin on a map, or have recommended addresses for them to choose while they are typing, addresses that are actually valid. Very frustrating when a customer submits a wrong address on accident.

PROS: User friendly, simple to use for administrator ans users

CONS: So far, everything is Ok

PROS: I am not saying it does not have some great Pros about this software but unfortunately they are far outweighed by the negatives. This is compounded by the fact that most of the useful functions are only contained with the extra Paid for add ons.

CONS: This has some very good "on the surface" features but when you get a chance to use in a real life situation you find that there are a LOT of half implemented functions. Sure it may be useful for a very specific range of service providers but the limits are so restrictive it has no use for me as a Handyman.

PROS: It has a lot of features. The basic plan is affordable. Even the free plan has some features that usually are not free in other services.

CONS: The booking interface needs to be improved. There are some minor bugs. I wish I could add some features. I've just bought and their support replies fast, but I don't know if and when those features will be available.

PROS: My experience with SBM has been amazing!!! I was proud of myself when I was able to put up the first basic page and features. When I was ready to take things to another level, I needed help and reached out to online support. And that was an absolutely beautiful experience. The online support staff was patient and very instructive. Ingi specifically one day spent hours with me helping me to set up some features I wanted to have on the page. I literally have no complaints and I am fully thankful for SBM and the support they offer to clients like me who is learning new things to give their small businesses a professional presence online.

CONS: There are no cons per se. At first, I was using the free option because I do not have a big clientele. But I needed to have more features (in addition to the one free one that SBM offers), so I had to upgrade to a payment plan. In any case, I am just thankful for the platform because it answers many of my desires to give my brand a professional look. There are just a few things to learn and the online support really filled that gap for me.

PROS: Easy to handle and good price. The performance is very good. Ererything understandable explained. Very good Design and very good integration in Wordpress.

CONS: No one is known yet

PROS: Flexibility with the features that it offers, and the pricing options reflect this. You aren't paying for things you do not need.

CONS: It can take a while to get used to where to find everything which can be frustrating - like any new software it takes a while to learn.

PROS: Reasonable pricing and I like how you're able to connect your Facebook page. This makes a difference in selling services being that it's an easier option to book.

CONS: I don't really care for the design layout functionality. I struggled to make it match my own brand and felt like things would have been much smoother if we could fully customize the layouts. It was also difficult to navigate through everything.

PROS: Ease of use and professional looking product. It has easily reduced my time with scheduling!

CONS: Modification settings

PROS: -Ease of use once you get used to it -Timezones and payment options -quick customer support

CONS: -limitations in custome features -timezones have -1 day on booking screen, which may be confusing to clients -no way to book several sessions without having to go back the main page several times -tedious booking process

PROS: Adjustability. It can be designed to fill all your needs.

CONS: This adds complecity though and complexity alwayys brings some limits, so not everything works exactly the way you would like to but there's always a "next best thing" that certainly will also work.

PROS: The range of custom features and also very easy to embed into personal website. Also i don't think there is any of their branding smashed on the embedded application (from recollection) which is great.

CONS: When on the free subscription, there is a monthly email sent out and it seems you have to select the option to renew rather than doing it automatically (as far as i understand)

PROS: Customize the appointments for my customers as per your time and location. I can easily close the days off and on as per my requirement. Good thing is that I can put a reminder time which email me about the customer's appointment in advance. Whenever customer books the appointment I always get email and it's really good that you don't have to manage too many things.

CONS: Not anything yet Might be better to tell you once I'm using for more than a year or more. Overall no complaints.

PROS: The system is easy in setup and can be adjusted to personal wishes and is, for the customers, easy to use.

CONS: The price in relation to all the needed/wanted custom features is to high

PROS: Lots of function can choose and you could choose the most suitable for your own, user friendly while setup and also it's easy for users.

CONS: It would be great if there is multi-language support team, e.g. Chinese support reply.

PROS: This site functions in an easy manner for booking appointment with customers. I now have the ability switch times/days of my customers effortlessly including days off for my employees who call in sick. It's also simple to manage. The app can help keep you peeled in all appointments.

CONS: I'm not a big fan of its price tag. I'm forced to pay for the number of scheduled appointments reserved for the company. This is something that they need to be leanient with. Otherwise, it's a great app on its own.

PROS: Many possibilities to configure your schedule. Customer service very helpfull if you demand it by chat.

CONS: Web widget look&feel improvable

PROS: There is a lot of functionality so you can change this as your service and your needs grow. The customer support is great - they've always helped me figure things out quickly and explain what I can do to make the product work for me.

CONS: It can be difficult to get to grips with the different elements but with customer support it's possible even for someone that is not that tech savy.

PROS: I love the varying colours displayed in each column. What's more, displays can be ready easily. You'll also get to see which product is responsible for helping the business we're currently running.

CONS: An app capable of doing a lot of things is what attracted me to SimplyBook. But they have one downside that's easily overlooked: information. There have been instances where seeking out data for clients can be a bit difficult to do.

PROS: Flexible. Regular updates and new features rolled out.

CONS: Need resource dependent bookings.

PROS: Userfriendliness! I was able to set ut the system myself, despite being unexperienced and feeling a bit like Bambi on the ice...! When I started trying out bookings with my customers, I couldn't believe how well it worked - and how few errors I've had to deal with since.

CONS: There is a weakness somewhere in the three steps each customer must take to book an appointment. I've had four customers show up for sessions they thought were booked, but never showed in my admin calendar, and two others have inadvertently cancelled their bookings when they wanted to add more. I'm sure SimplyBook's staff is on as we speak.

PROS: Bespoke solution for my business in German availability makes it even better. give my clients to book appointments 24/7.

CONS: Haven\'t had any problems yet. setting it up was a peace of cake with the help of the team. so no problems.

PROS: Easy of use and plugins that permit to add features easily

CONS: May be more clarity on plugin limitations (purchased version dependant). It´s very confuse that a feature work well during free trial and when it finished not work at all neither with a purchased plan (becasuse this plan limit number of plugins).

PROS: friendly user experience and customer service is really fast

CONS: You have to pay for everything when you need to customize some things. Sometimes I´m not feeling great differences between plugins that you pay and other thing that are free. The classes calendar is very tricky to see by mobile

PROS: Easy to use easy to install on proprietary websites!

CONS: When Simplybook .me changes their platform ease of use style and look, it takes a bit of time to get used to the new platform and use the different components. Many times I find myself having a hard time finding certain application within this scheduling platform.

PROS: Infinitely customizable and ability to accept payments. Think of a cool feature that would help you sell better and likely they thought of it already and have an easy way for you to implement. The best part of all is that new features are continually coming, I check back every few months and cool new features which help our biz sell better are there.

CONS: Inside the widget the description field of each service can use better scaling of the text so that when customers see a service the text doesn’t get cut off ignore it too long. There is the ability for the user to hit a bump out arrow to see full description however the bump out is not intuitive and doesn’t work great on mobile. Hence the ability to better scale and space text size so that more text can be seen in descriptions would be preferred.

PROS: I like the ease of use. I can adjust the features easily myself. It's essential to my business!

CONS: More colors. I wanted to match the colors to my website and it wasn't the easiest. The website widget could use more designs.

PROS: Very easy for non technical people to use. Customers reports ease of use. Plenty of appointments available in free version for small company - and they roll over to the next month if not all used.

CONS: When changing business hours it does not change days that were adjusted.

PROS: Two of the best features: Integration with my website and Google Calendar Sync. My clients can book meetings right from my website and the appointments almost instantly appear on my calendar. These two features make a solo practice run efficiently.

CONS: Over the last 3 years, I have had two instances of canceled meetings that didn't get updated on my calendar. I'm guessing there is a process the end user didn't follow exactly, maybe this could be improved.

PROS: The way the system is set up with a free month to work out what you need, and then customisation to make sure you have the features you need for your business, without paying for lots of features you don't need.

CONS: It can be sometimes complex to set up to match your needs, but this is likely a side affect of the complexity of booking systems generally.
