PROS: I am not saying it does not have some great Pros about this software but unfortunately they are far outweighed by the negatives. This is compounded by the fact that most of the useful functions are only contained with the extra Paid for add ons.
CONS: This has some very good "on the surface" features but when you get a chance to use in a real life situation you find that there are a LOT of half implemented functions. Sure it may be useful for a very specific range of service providers but the limits are so restrictive it has no use for me as a Handyman.

PROS: I discovered Simply Book Me recently, looking for booking options to link to the Facebook CTA-button. A pleasant discovery! Then, this tool is easy, practical and intuitive to use, and offers a whole bunch of possibilities regarding settings and syncing to relevant pages such as Fan page, Google My Business etc.
CONS: I'm just starting to use the tool, but, as far as I could understand, some resources such a CSS and Facebook bot settings require that we configure them personally or outsource their configuration. This is sometimes an impairment for the layperson.
One hour get started taking bookings, and receive money ahead of time, it’s a no-brainer for me.

PROS: I am a Vocal Coach and use SimplyBook.me as my go-to lesson booking platform. It is very user-friendly and straightforward for both teachers and students and it has a huge array of useful features. Highly recommended.

PROS: I love how we're able to sync the site to our own Facebook page. It makes it a whole lot easier for anyone (including my students) to set a schedule for appointments.
CONS: It'd be nice to have an option that lets patrons choose their own schedule while getting a glimpse of service providers present according to their selected schedule. But this is just a minor thing and it certainly doesn't prevent my students from accessing the site.

PROS: For my business the ability to allow clients to send scheduling request straight from my website and allow them to see what is available so they can have some scheduling options. I also really like the ability to be albe to confirm the schedule before it is actually added to the calendar.
CONS: The only thing, and for me it is early so it may be available, I will have to just work with the tool more, is to be able to put different intake questions for the different services we offer.

PROS: The ability to create group bookings, issue rewards for customers who refer your service or class, and how east it is to embed the calendar to a self-hosted website.
CONS: Client login seems to be compulsory, or new customers won't be able to register for a class. I don't think this is necessary (especially for my class, which is generally booked once off). I also think this could be a deterrent to new customers signing up for a class, as it's extra work. I feel like this kind of forces us to use it and just makes us use up a custom feature so we can be bumped up to a higher/costlier subscription faster. Lastly, rewards and referral feature could be improved. I'd love to see a % of my class fee go to a customer for their referrals. As most of my customers book once off and I don't see them using a discount voucher, as this assumes they will rebook. They book for the experience, not for the recurring benefits of a traditional class (eg. yoga) The booking widget takes long to load on site level. It also seems to only load when we scroll to it on the page. We have an anchor link, which is rendered useless if the user has to scroll to the calendar in order for it to load. The anchor link can't link to the calendar if it is not loaded.

If you don't have a website for your company yet you can create one with Simplybook.me and it's very simple to setup. Very user friendly, you can learn your way around the site and it's tools very quickly. Best of all you can accept online payments which is a create for securing that booking. Support team is amazing, very friendly and super helpful!
CONS: Some features are bit pricey and for a beginner it can be bit complicated or maybe overwhelming to use because there's so many features but the upside is they have videos and a very helpful support system that will guide you through everything.

PROS: So far, this platform did a splendid job for me. It's very consistent and has true value the moment I started using it. I highly recommended SimplyBook for any business in need of a platform that has unparalleled reliability and integration.
CONS: If there's ever anything that I'd like to improve, it would be their design layout functionality. It's never an easy route creating your own landing page (although not impossible). But it would make things a lot simpler when layouts can be customized.

CONS: There is quite the learning curve, and I consider myself fairly techy. There was a lot of click & looking for settings in the different menus. Some were in categories that didn't make sense to me. Some of the descriptions weren't clear or worded to where they differentiated better from the other options.

PROS: In my own book, this is the best system for scheduling at the moment. It's relatively simple to use for my clients. It has plenty of functionality as well has moving appointments from one slot to another. I highly recommend SimplyBook to business owners.
CONS: I was hoping there's some way to break down the schedule automatically whenever a client confirms an appointment. At present, I had to resort to extending my appointments for the sake of accommodating my breaks, which can be confusing to clients. I also felt that's one reason why they're late at times since they assume our appointments would last more than one hour and a half, when it's really just an hour in length. It would be a bonus if clients can re-schedule their own appointment.

PROS: This is definitely a very solid solution. I have checked some booking solutions and choose SimplyBook.me because it fits best my requirements. I liked it to have the full range of functions during the free test phase. So could explore what I need and pay just for things I really use.
CONS: Flexibility is everything! Therefore I missed the option to customize the text in the calendar entry. Compared to the overall functionality definitely a minor thing.

PROS: Most of it is automated and there is an option that fits all you need that you just need to find and enable. You can also customise all email communications and automate them in a very efficient way. it is compatible with a lots of online calendars (such as google calendar )and payment providers.
CONS: The free options come with only 3 customs options such as the ability to accept payments or the ability to accept bookings. There is an order of magnitude in terms of the coding evolved with those two and yet they are \"priced\" the same. I feel like the ability to limit bookings should come for free.

PROS: The booking webpage can be customised with your branding and you have 14 days to test out all the features and decide which ones you really need. The basic package allows for those just starting out a professional page for bookings that also allows receiving payments. I researched a lot, and for the price tag, SimplyBook.me offers the best deal with many great features.
CONS: In order to activate the Membership custom feature, you need to activate two other custom features, meaning that if you want this function, then it will require all the custom features included in the Basic Package. I still need to figure out whether there is an option to advertise services at a discounted rate without coupons and such. When creating packages, it would be nice to be able to give the option to clients to choose the frequency of the services included in the package, such as every week or every two weeks, and instalment payments to match. The platform has a 'Pay Later' option, which gives you the opportunity to agree payment terms with each individual client if this would be necessary with payments being made outside SimplyBookMe. I have not yet discovered whether it is possible to move appointments already made in case such changes are needed. But overall, I rate the platform highly and new features and improvements seem to be rolled out regularly.

PROS: This product is awesome because it allows you to customize several things that other scheduling softwares did not allow me to customize. I tried 5 softwares before I picked this one.
CONS: I wish the intake forms were a little more customizable r had more features. For example, when I ask my customers to type in an address, I want them to have the option to drop a pin on a map, or have recommended addresses for them to choose while they are typing, addresses that are actually valid. Very frustrating when a customer submits a wrong address on accident.

PROS: My experience with SBM has been amazing!!! I was proud of myself when I was able to put up the first basic page and features. When I was ready to take things to another level, I needed help and reached out to online support. And that was an absolutely beautiful experience. The online support staff was patient and very instructive. Ingi specifically one day spent hours with me helping me to set up some features I wanted to have on the page. I literally have no complaints and I am fully thankful for SBM and the support they offer to clients like me who is learning new things to give their small businesses a professional presence online.
CONS: There are no cons per se. At first, I was using the free option because I do not have a big clientele. But I needed to have more features (in addition to the one free one that SBM offers), so I had to upgrade to a payment plan. In any case, I am just thankful for the platform because it answers many of my desires to give my brand a professional look. There are just a few things to learn and the online support really filled that gap for me.

PROS: Reasonable pricing and I like how you're able to connect your Facebook page. This makes a difference in selling services being that it's an easier option to book.
CONS: I don't really care for the design layout functionality. I struggled to make it match my own brand and felt like things would have been much smoother if we could fully customize the layouts. It was also difficult to navigate through everything.

PROS: The range of custom features and also very easy to embed into personal website. Also i don't think there is any of their branding smashed on the embedded application (from recollection) which is great.
CONS: When on the free subscription, there is a monthly email sent out and it seems you have to select the option to renew rather than doing it automatically (as far as i understand)

PROS: Customize the appointments for my customers as per your time and location. I can easily close the days off and on as per my requirement. Good thing is that I can put a reminder time which email me about the customer's appointment in advance. Whenever customer books the appointment I always get email and it's really good that you don't have to manage too many things.
CONS: Not anything yet Might be better to tell you once I'm using for more than a year or more. Overall no complaints.

PROS: This site functions in an easy manner for booking appointment with customers. I now have the ability switch times/days of my customers effortlessly including days off for my employees who call in sick. It's also simple to manage. The app can help keep you peeled in all appointments.
CONS: I'm not a big fan of its price tag. I'm forced to pay for the number of scheduled appointments reserved for the company. This is something that they need to be leanient with. Otherwise, it's a great app on its own.

PROS: There is a lot of functionality so you can change this as your service and your needs grow. The customer support is great - they've always helped me figure things out quickly and explain what I can do to make the product work for me.
CONS: It can be difficult to get to grips with the different elements but with customer support it's possible even for someone that is not that tech savy.

PROS: I love the varying colours displayed in each column. What's more, displays can be ready easily. You'll also get to see which product is responsible for helping the business we're currently running.
CONS: An app capable of doing a lot of things is what attracted me to SimplyBook. But they have one downside that's easily overlooked: information. There have been instances where seeking out data for clients can be a bit difficult to do.

PROS: Userfriendliness! I was able to set ut the system myself, despite being unexperienced and feeling a bit like Bambi on the ice...! When I started trying out bookings with my customers, I couldn't believe how well it worked - and how few errors I've had to deal with since.
CONS: There is a weakness somewhere in the three steps each customer must take to book an appointment. I've had four customers show up for sessions they thought were booked, but never showed in my admin calendar, and two others have inadvertently cancelled their bookings when they wanted to add more. I'm sure SimplyBook's staff is on as we speak.

PROS: Infinitely customizable and ability to accept payments. Think of a cool feature that would help you sell better and likely they thought of it already and have an easy way for you to implement. The best part of all is that new features are continually coming, I check back every few months and cool new features which help our biz sell better are there.
CONS: Inside the widget the description field of each service can use better scaling of the text so that when customers see a service the text doesn’t get cut off ignore it too long. There is the ability for the user to hit a bump out arrow to see full description however the bump out is not intuitive and doesn’t work great on mobile. Hence the ability to better scale and space text size so that more text can be seen in descriptions would be preferred.

PROS: Two of the best features: Integration with my website and Google Calendar Sync. My clients can book meetings right from my website and the appointments almost instantly appear on my calendar. These two features make a solo practice run efficiently.
CONS: Over the last 3 years, I have had two instances of canceled meetings that didn't get updated on my calendar. I'm guessing there is a process the end user didn't follow exactly, maybe this could be improved.

PROS: The way the system is set up with a free month to work out what you need, and then customisation to make sure you have the features you need for your business, without paying for lots of features you don't need.
