PROS: Sitecore is a really powerful tool for content management. I'm amazed by all its components and features that would make your job easier. Reusing content is possible, as well as applying SEO! It also has good integration with other essential tools and platforms which made it more functional.

CONS: It's not that simple to learn honestly. The app is a bit complicated for non-programmers so you're gonna be needing support in one way or another. One example is adding content to the cells or building grids.

PROS: Managing content is easier now with Sitecore because of its tools and controls. It also helps in marketing!

CONS: The Sitecore implementation partner is helpful in the setup to the actual implementation but it really costs us a lot. The system is also a bit complicated and I wish it could be more intuitive. You would really need to allot time to learn and get used to it.
