Our CS team says that Skilljar is one of the best learning software that they have worked with.
CONS: We enjoy using Skilljar for client education. However, they do have some shortcomings that need to be addressed, like the reporting capabilities and delayed notification status. These two issues play significant roles in the success of Skilljar in our organization. I am happy that the team who is responsible for Skilljar can take several requests to help enhance the functionality of the entire platform.

PROS: I encourage other companies to invest or transition to Skilljar. The entire learning application is very user-friendly and also allows interface customization depending on your personal choice or business needs. One of our managers has been facilitating regular meetings with the team to make sure that we have all the necessary modules and materials that are needed for our online classes that are specifically tailored to our clients. We are very grateful to Skilljar for the overwhelming support that they continue to provide us from day one. Thank you for taking the time to answer our complex questions and find solutions to our issues.
CONS: Skilljar is a fantastic software meant for learning or online education. However, it does have some restrictions, which I hope that they could address soon. It would be nice if they could come up with more online activities to make each training session more engaging. Clients should be given exclusive access or log-ins, allowing learners to açcess Skilljar in their own free time to finish courses that are plotted on the leaderboard. Doing this will promote healthy competition in the workplace, which is also a morale booster. I was able to address these issues to Skilljar, and I am optimistic that they can do something about it.
We made the right choice in shifting into Skilljar. The results are very promising.

PROS: We all know that there are a lot of LMS platforms that are readily available on the Internet. However, Skilljar is a lot different from other platforms; that is why we decided to try things out. We fell in love with Skilljar because of its adaptability and its stellar support team. They worked exceptionally hard to make sure that all our needs and requests are met to the best of their capabilities. Skilljar was successfully integrated into our business domains to ensure that our company addresses all knowledge gaps for both clients and employees. When this took place, I knew that we made the right choice of switching into a whole new platform. I have been with the training industry for quite some time, and I can say that I have tried several platforms in the past. Comparing them with Skilljar, I can say that the latter stood out in so many ways. We want to extend our thanks and gratitude to their ever-reliable support team, who never got tired of teaching us what to do and how to do things effectively. I thought that I would never come across a better product until Skilljar came along.
CONS: The word dislike is a pretty strong word for me. In general, there is nothing that I do not like about this platform. However, certain features are not present in Skilljar but can be found in other competitor platforms. As a training manager, I am unable to assign learning courses to employees directly. As an alternative, they have no choice but to log in to the learning portal and check out online courses that are suitable for their role. Being able to personalize courses help track the progress of each employee.
We are fascinated to be working with Skilljar. It has helped our team overcome several crucial challenges in terms of customer education.

PROS: If you transition to a new platform, it is reasonable to expect a lot. The team behind Skilljar made sure that they get to fulfill all of our expectations. Hands off to their customer service team for guiding us on how to be successful in using the learning platform.
CONS: We are looking for ways to communicate our message to our clients across the country effectively. We are considering incorporating hybrid media as one of our marketing strategies how I wish that they can upload these kinds of modules into Skilljar one of these days. Also, it would be much appreciated if they could find an effective way to provide a summary of what transpired after completing each module.

PROS: Skilljar is a straightforward and no-frills application that is worth recommending. Using Skilljar has given me a pleasant experience because I can find anything that I need in just a minute or two. Whether I need to find some answers or upgrade my technical and product knowledge, I always depend on Skilljar to provide me with everything I need. I was able to set up the entire learning application to all of our computers in just a couple of days without experiencing any significant issues. I am happy that one of their consultants is always available for real-time assistance. So far, I can say that using Skilljar made my learning process more enticing, so I am looking forward to implementing this tool to all of our employees as well.
CONS: I am a fairly new user of Skilljar, so I really cannot give a fair opinion of what I dislike about the product. Give me more time to explore this learning management system tool probably a month or two, so I can observe its features and make a list of things that needs more improvement. The aim here is to make training more efficient and effective, and I hope that Skilljar can carry out these tasks.

PROS: Skilljar is best described as a platform that is full of surprises. Known for its rich content, easy to follow video clips, flexible environment, and course mastery. Skilljar is very much worth your investment. We must admit that our organization is not well-equipped with external resources and technology, making it quite difficult for us to integrate our learning content into the platform. Instead of focusing on our weaknesses, the support team helped us overcome our challenges by giving realistic solutions or alternatives.
CONS: There is nothing negative to say about this particular platform. I want to focus more on the positive things that we experienced with this LMS. Their features are amazing and one of a kind, something that is part of their bragging rights as the top LMS in the market. Just a friendly advise through, they should search for features that are being offered by other software and integrate them into Skilljar. That way, customers won't need to make choices because Skilljar can give them everything that they needed.

PROS: This software is very powerful and intuitive. We love using Skilljar because it never gave us any problems in terms of onboarding our clients. Trainers are happy because all participants are performing well in class. We consider ourselves lucky to be using Skilljar because onboarding has never been this easy and simple.
CONS: To improve user experience, Skilljar would be great if they can find a way to deal with some system issues in a broader spectrum. Yes, Skilljar does offer solutions; however, it still has some restrictions. PROS: We have tried several LMS, and for me, Skilljar stood out for many reasons. Its primary goal is to provide excellent training sessions for onboarding clients. Secondary would be enhancing employee knowledge to improve sales and CSAT scores. To achieve these goals, we normally have to use a different approach, but with the help of Skilljar, we can simplify the process, save time, and get better results. Launching a learning academy sounds like too much work, but with Skilljar, things can be done in a couple of hours. Our specialists can easily schedule online classes and run reports without the need for human or face to face interaction. Even if we do not spend too much time conducting live training, I am proud to say that we can see more positive results in terms of success rates. We are thankful to Skilljar for helping us get to where we are right now. Skilljar staff gives their clients VIP treatment from sales to actual implementation; that is why it is so hard not to fall in love with this platform. Special shoutout to Hannah, who spent a lot of time helping me upgrade our website, and that includes the implementation of Skilljar into our learning program.
CONS: I am having some issues in terms of achieving a seamless flow of activities when using Skilljar. There are some things that I cannot achieve using one smooth process. There are moments that I would need to backtrack specific steps to get what I want or need. As a user, there are certain times that I feel frustrated and confused, and I sometimes wonder if I am doing the right thing or not. Skilljar is a user-friendly learning management platform; however, I noticed that its interface looks pretty old or outdated. They can probably find a way to fix this issue to keep their clients interested in online training. What we currently do is create attractive and colorful learning modules and directly upload them into Skilljar. It would be nice if they can develop built-in templates to make our work easier.

PROS: We are lucky to work with Jeff, who did his very best to help our team with Skilljar. He was very accommodating and always willing to lend a helping hand to all of our employees. You deserve to be promoted because of your excellent performance.
CONS: Skilljar has major restrictions in terms of uploading pictures that can be utilized for activities or other purposes. Also, I hope that Skilljar's IT team can look into the possibility of modifying the platform settings meant for group users. So, learning administrations no longer have to go through the tedious process of changing the settings of each module one at a time.

PROS: I have been a long time user of this learning tool for my past and present employers. I can say that Skilljaris one of the smartest applications that I came across for the past decade. Thanks to its intuitive design that gives most of its users an amazing experience. I was able to maximize Skilljar for my previous projects with the learning team. I was able to create a variety of courses, schedule classes, and provide certifications to those who were able to pass the assessments. For me, Skilljar is not just an amazing product, but also comes with a wonderful support team that every learning specialist can dream of having. I am one of the lucky individuals who was blessed with the opportunity to use Skilljar.
CONS: No major issues that I can think of. Although it would be less of a hassle if they can find a better and faster way to improve their online reports, I am currently able to achieve that using Salesforce.com, which is a great alternative for now. Also, it would be great if they can find a way for moderators to send a personal email to participants to enhance the level of communication between two parties.

PROS: We decided to do an overhaul in our training department because our current learning process isn't as effective as it used to be. We learned all about Skilljar and decided to try it, and honestly, we are surprised by the outcome. We never expected the results to be so overwhelming. Also, we are equally thankful to their support team. Without them, we won't be able to manage things smoothly.
CONS: Enhanced means of communication so learners can easily reach out to their OL trainers for questions or clarifications. Adding a chat feature will make Skilljar more in demand than other LMS brands.

PROS: For me, what I like best about this learning management tool is the amount of support that we are getting from them. Each Skilljar team member made sure that they were able to contribute something significant from onboarding to the day to day operations. They assured us that they would never leave our side. Thanks for giving us more than what we expect, and we appreciate everything.
CONS: Everyone can master the platform in a short time; that's how user-friendly Skilljar is. However, in my opinion, they still need to diversify their product features to entice more clients. Our team has some ideas in mind; however, these features are not exactly the most requested ones. We are thankful that Skilljar has been looking into our suggestions, and some of them may be included in next year's plans.

PROS: Skilljar is known for its user-friendly interface that makes learning in a non-classroom setting more enjoyable. We always look forward to creating courses that we can tailor fit to our students learning style and capabilities. In our line of work, the quality and quantity of the content that we create are a lot different from more prominent companies out there. What's great about Skilljar is it allows you to maximize your students' learning potential. You can create video presentations, online quizzes, and other essential materials to make sure that each training session is worth the time and effort of the trainer and its students.
CONS: I am trying to make some changes to the interface of the application itself. But the process is tedious. It would be great if we can come up with a list of online templates to save time in creating learning modules. Some applications like WordPress are known for their colorful and unique templates, so I wish that they can do the same for Skilljar.
