PROS: This is one of the more user-friendly warehouse management software that I've used. What I really love about it is the ease with which I can add marketplaces to it. Whether it's lesser-known e-commerce sites or more prominent names like Amazon and eBay, this software will be able to do what you need from it. It definitely works better than a lot of other software I've used and I've used a lot.
CONS: One thing that they can improve on is the support materials that they provide. I know that they have many support articles in their library, but I would really appreciate it if they beefed up their video support even more. I think that some people would understand that more. I also wish that they would price their training a little more on the lower side because it can be a bit out of reach for smaller businesses. I say this because their training is a big help, but not everyone can avail of it.

To top it all of, the customer support team is also very accommodating.

When we first started using it, there were some pending numbers and missing numbers that we had some trouble with because some of the features and aspects I feel were not properly explained. Thank goodness the customer support team was exceptional and helped us out, but I feel like this tool would be even better if I did not have to reach out to customer support in the first place.

PROS: When it comes to the tech we use, I usually defer to our CTO as he is much more knowledgeable about those things. It comes to me with the highest recommendation from him, so I trust his judgment.
CONS: We'll have to wait for help because right now, this tool isn't plugging in with us at the moment.

PROS: The thing that struck me the most is how intuitive and easy to use the user interface is. Expanding and collapsing menus can be done easily. I also liked how easily it integrated with our front end sales systems.
CONS: There are still a lot of things that can be improved, if I'm honest. For instance, while this tool is generally user-friendly, the AMAZON FBA setup is most definitely not. I also had a lot of issues with the user interface and its embedded tables. I had to scroll for so long that I felt more than a little irritated with it. The user interface with regards to kit assembly could also be worked on. I had already selected the option to break down kits but the reporting feature did not do it.

PROS: Ever since we started using this, our company has not had any problems overselling our stock. Another thing that impressed us was that it was so easy to have the API connection to our ecommerce channels. This user-friendliness also extends to all the other features that we've been using. The inventory buffers and kits are especially useful.
CONS: I know I just praised this for being user-friendly, but that doesn't mean there are still things that can be improved. I shouldn't have to go through two steps just to add a product and its inventory. I can do this. If this feature is something other people have gotten used to, maybe they can provide an option to change the way we input in future versions?
