PROS: It carries all the essential features needed for a recruitment process. It helps us with scouting, background checking, interviewing and providing reviews among other processes. It conveniently keeps all info of an applicant in his or her profile, so it is easy to make follow-ups as well. Moreover, it lets our team seamlessly work together because of the Hiring Team feature.
CONS: We can’t easily edit job offer letters because the platform doesn’t feature an online document editor. It also has a clunky report feature, thus we are pushed to use a third-party reporting tool. We hope the developers would hear our comments about improving these points.

PROS: Fantastic tool for finding potential applicants because it helps us spot them in our local place, then helps us guide them towards ideal job vacancies we have. Say, it helps us create job listing that we post on various boards. And we can keep track of applicants for better management throughout the hiring process. PROS: I trust its storage for keeping all recruitment documents, and it is easy to scour through tons of applicants and job data because of advanced search. Communication is super smooth as well since it lets me talk with recruitment staff without any hassle. I can also review conversation history, which is essential for our job.
CONS: Yes, it has functional features, but it cannot easily cope with the ever-changing recruitment industry. Say, it doesn’t feature a notify button, meaning we need to manually do follow-ups to applicants. This is a problem for the approval process, which is critical because any errors can affect things negatively. This platform needs the right big updates.

PROS: We look forward to more terrific features it promises to launch. That includes the mobile app, SMS communication channel, and scheduler among other great stuff.
CONS: It cannot search an applicant through their mobile numbers, doesn’t alert when an interview is canceled by the hiring staff, and applicants cannot notify recruiters when they cancel such appointment too. Thus, they cannot inform me through the tool when they’ll be late, they’re already coming, they want to cancel, or if they want to postpone, which is important since I’m not always on my office PC. It doesn’t let me create different types of interview questions too, such as fill in the blanks and multiple choice. Moreover, it doesn’t combine two profiles together especially when they both belong to one person.

PROS: My work has drastically improved since I started using SmartRecruiters. This lets me get in touch with applicants smoothly through email, then schedule them on the tool. It works well for creating job posts as well as for checking dozens of applications.
CONS: It lacks essential features and boosts such as SMS communication, high-level project management, as well as better AI. Those are stuff that can help any recruitment process a lot. Nonetheless, I can see these features coming on the platform through future updates.

PROS: Its compatibility with LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Outlook among other essential programs is amazing. This lets us easily gather info about applicants such as emails, notes, ratings, interviews, and schedules among other details. Although, we need to have permission to access such details from a certain person.
CONS: Honestly, we are still on the learning phase for using this platform, such as trying its features for filtering access to interview ratings and feedbacks. However, we hope we can further configure the platform to suit our needs. Also, we observe that there are times when the UI becomes confusing, and there are moments when the login page for a new manager won’t load. Although, the latter problem may be an issue with our devices.

PROS: Especially helpful for running analysis on searching applicants because of its features. It has tons of other options for doing dozens of recruitment tasks as well. This includes programs for on-field recruitment, referral tools, LinkedIn compatibility, and a clean UI among others. They often gather suggestions from users too, then add new features that satisfy such points.
CONS: It cannot handle a large bulk of recruitment processes easily. I wish it features pipeline tracking for roles as well.
