SocialFlow Review

PROS: At around the time we were using SocialFlow, the company happended to be one of very few social media optimization service providrers to gain complete access to Twitter's Fire House. That means, the company is capable of making a real-time analysis for every Tweet being made. The At Boxed Water is functional since we have different RSS feeds/news that we'd be sharing content on all our Twitter accounts. This tool does a content analysis on such feeds/news to figure out which content needs to be shared on what followers/users are Tweeting at the moment. This led to an enhancement of engagement with our followers.

CONS: SocialFlow is a bit complicated to navigate. It took a bit of training time to finally get accustomed to it. Its wide range of features outpaces the requirements of organizations. This is purposely intended for those who already amassed huge audiences.

PROS: Through SocialFlow we can easily manage multiple social media accounts thanks to its features and opportunities to stay on the top of our posts. I like that it feeds into and all social media accounts under our brand and there are lots of scheduling and optimizing tools.

CONS: The team behind the product could improve the Pinterest scheduling options, sometimes the videos fail or give error messages.

PROS: This tool is so powerful that analyzes every tweet in real time. We have multiple news feeds that we would like to share on Twitter accounts. It analyzes the contents of RSS feeds and it helps us to choose the right content based on users behaviour on Twitter.

CONS: It takes some time to learn how it works. Some large organizations need more advanced features.

PROS: Social flow has simple and straightforward design with lots of options for managing our content and interacting with our clients/visitors and followers. We combined our content, audience and this system to make powerful brand with lots of followers. We get real-time data and we know when to share our posts and which post needs to be shared first.

CONS: There are some bugs and it can be clunky. Also, the export options are limited.

PROS: SocialFlow makes it a breeze in managing social media accounts. They have extensive software features and a number of ways in keeping you abreast with your posts. SocialFlow is a system that easily feeds in most social channel accounts under your brand. It has its own optimization and scheduling tool in sending out posts. It's an awesome functionality in monitoring analytics.

CONS: Some improvements need to be made in the scheduling features for Pinterest. At times, the tool would send our error notitifcations for no reason. There have instances where it would lag. Other times, videos end up not showing.

PROS: I love that it has great UI and useful scheduling options. There is real-time data, reporting and statistics, 3rd party integrations, engagement analytics and lots of Campaign features for analysis, management and segmentation.

CONS: There is no integration with Instagram.

PROS: We use this tool to get real time data so we can understand the constant changes of our followers’ behaviours. We are able to combine the technology with industry leading insights so we can get full picture of the engagement performances. I often use its A/B testing feature and content management options.

CONS: I think there are some limitatons with the options.
