SocialPilot Review

PROS: It's a cost-efficient app that really does its job of easily managing a ton of accounts and campaigns! And for an app with lots of functions, setting up is a piece of cake.

CONS: There are times when some accounts get disconnected without notifying us. So there are instances when a scheduled post did not come through.

PROS: This app is super functional yet affordable. It's really helpful in content management for both my company and our clients. Definitely recommended to start-up and small-business owners! They have great staff, too!

CONS: Email invitations to join the platform are sometimes not being sent out so it's hard to add people. I hope we could share a link with them to let them in. I'd also like to see some improvements on the interface to make it more optimized.

PROS: This software is fairly easy to navigate. It allows users to manage multiple social media accounts and get accurate analytics of each account while just using a single platform. We use it for our company and for our clients!

CONS: I have no issues with SocialPilot. It's a really good app!

PROS: The only good thing about this site is its low prices.

CONS: Not all of the messages or mentions get picked up by Social Pilot, which requires you once again to supplement the tool with using the native platforms themselves to properly monitor and respond to consumers so there is a constant uncertainty.

PROS: I love how optimized and functional the mobile version of this software is! It's really user-friendly. I love that it allows users to easily add curated content.

CONS: It's a bit expensive for me.

PROS: I love this app so much because of its many abilities like (1) a Chrome extension that's really helpful in content curations; (2) managing multiple accounts in just one platform; (3) scheduling and posting multiple contents a day; (4) generating analytics in just a click; and (5) integration with Google My Business.

CONS: It encountered many errors when it comes to Pinterest. Not sure if it's their fault or Pinterest's though.

PROS: This tool is really simple and easy to use. The functions really work well as advertised -- multiple account management, software integrations, etc. It's better compared to its competitors, but it's easier to use and definitely costs lower!

CONS: Although fairly easy to use, I think the interface can be more user-friendly and navigatable. I also hope they would allow posting of videos soon!

PROS: This app is intuitive and does its job! It allows me to do my work in advance and not worry about it for a month because it automatically just post content. Their tech support is pretty helpful, too! The agent assigned to us is really commendable.

CONS: I wish they could improve more on the tagging functions.

PROS: This app is really user-friendly! It has a lot of functions but I really like the integration with Google My Business. It's great!

CONS: It doesn't have an option to notify our team members when there's a newly queued post.

PROS: The best thing about this app is its content post scheduling. Really saves us a lot of time.

CONS: None. This app is perfect!

PROS: The best thing about SocialPilot is its customizable functions and user-interface which allows us to create and schedule hundreds of posts easily while staying true to our brands! I also love the integrations with other software which definitely saves me and my team a lot of time despite managing multiple accounts!

CONS: I wish they would add more complex (and fancy) tools!

PROS: I love their friendly staff and the level of knowledge and support they offer their clients. They resolve every issue raised to them, and I believe they play a significant role in the growth of my business.

CONS: They could improve on the bulk composer by making the date and time field easier to fill out.

PROS: My favorite feature is the calendar because it allows me to easily schedule, reschedule, and rearrange our posts. I also find the RSS feed posts really helpful! This software made it possible to manage all our campaigns in just one platform!

CONS: The images posted are not clickable.

PROS: There are a number of things I like about this app: (1) the toolbar which makes it easier to access different social network accounts; (2) a user-friendly interface; (3) the Chrome extension that allows you to work anywhere; and (5) the accurate analytics! This is definitely the best program of its kind!

CONS: It would be better if the analytics are more detailed. I'd also appreciate it if they allowed automatic publication on Instagram.

PROS: I love that the service they are offering keeps on improving. Their customer service is also highly reliable and commendable. All of these for a very fair price!

CONS: I don't see anything wrong with it!
