PROS: This platform is indeed very competitive in terms of features. We can really brag about something because it helps us solve tons of issues for our clients. I appreciate that the team behind RMM is continuously working extra hard to improve on their shortcomings.
CONS: I do not have much to dislike about the product because it has proven its worth in our company. But if something needs to be improved, I guess they should try to consolidate all features into one dashboard. It is to make processes a lot simpler on our end.

PROS: It comes with an excellent set of tools that can help you do your job better. It comes with features that protect our business from prying eyes and malware infection.
CONS: Customer service is excellent in terms of professionalism. But honestly, they need more training in troubleshooting certain features, which can be quite frustrating if left unresolved.

PROS: It gives us better opportunities to serve people in a manner that they expect and deserve. We were able to simplify complex workflows, and all employees are happy about these changes.
CONS: I think that they should tone down in sending us alerts for non-urgent matters. I find it distracting to see alarms blinking on the interface. It affects our workflow by slowing us down, which is something that I don't like.
It comes with so many impressive things, but it’s not easy to learn how it works.

PROS: Some people say that the learning curve was steep, but we were all surprised that we could learn so much in a day's worth of training. Yes, there may be some minor issues along the way, but this does not stop RMM from performing its tasks. It's a good thing that we can always call customer service for any help and assistance that we need. With SolarWinds, we get to be on top of things, no matter how challenging the circumstances may be.
CONS: There are certain things and features that I would like to see some improvement in the following months. We have unresolved issues up until now, which should not be the case. Although the case expert told us that they're going to follow up on the issue, we still haven't received any concrete answers as of the moment.

PROS: Setting up the app was relatively fast and convenient for us. Anyone can follow the instructions and use them to check ongoing network activities and issues.
CONS: Latency issues happen from time to time. They say that it's normal, but we always hope for a faster system that doesn't lag at all. The dashboard should also accurately determine what devices/PCs are currently in use or not because it gives us different information most of the time.
Fewer downtimes are now anticipated with the help of Solarwinds RMM.

PROS: It's great to have a dashboard that pretty much provides you with everything you need for things to run smoothly. We do scheduled checks and maintenance to all our computers to prevent lags and outages.
CONS: I have noticed that the app is having trouble working with windows based apps. Apparently, I could not troubleshoot these issues independently, so I needed to reach support for help.
I am delighted with what the product can bring to the table. It comes with awesome features and excellent after-sales support. For me, those things matter a lot.

PROS: The software is known for being versatile in terms of features and functionality. It allows you to monitor all network activities from a remote device, including a cellphone, so you have real-time visibility on updates and issues about to happen. Solar Winds RMM is compatible with almost any device that could connect to the Internet to use it even if we are out of the office. Also, it is capable of supporting more than ten computers) laptops, which makes it worth paying for. The product is rich in features that come with free learning sessions that would allow you to maximize its usage and become an expert in RMM in no time. I want to commend their support team for continuing to reach out to us in times of need.
CONS: One of the main challenges we have with Solar Wind is the user interface, which is way different from the app we used before. It comes with so many products/features, but you would need to create additional access or usernames for each one of them. This process makes the product so complicated to use, so I'm hoping that they could find a way to combine all of these products for better accessibility. Most of our employees have a hard time getting used to the product because you need to memorize many steps before using it independently.
This is just perfect for the company.

PROS: The learning process was shorter than we expected because of the amount of support we are getting from the RMM team. I love how easy it is to set up the program, and in just a few minutes, we can take advantage of all its features that have been meant to improve the business.
CONS: It isn't easy to get accurate reports using the system. I want to run it a few times a week to check for any outstanding issues and improve on some opportunities. The good thing is that Solar Winds has been providing excellent results in terms of overall system functionality.

PROS: It gives us a bird's-eye view of all our computers and their current status. We get to troubleshoot most issues without the need to physically touch or login into the computer.

PROS: We all enjoyed the training that we attended regarding how to use the product. We thought that it was going to be difficult, but everything was easy to remember and implement. We spend a lot of time practicing how to change the settings and creating processes that would make our tasks more effective.
CONS: I am hoping that the support team can undergo more training sessions in terms of product knowledge. There are several instances where they gave me the wrong resolution or recommendation regarding specific issues. This is something that I need them to address seriously because it dramatically affects our CSAT scores. They should also look into why the RMM resource works poorly in some assets wherein it's expected to give the same output to all computers that would not compromise the speed and security of specific devices.
It helps us determine where the root of the problem is coming from.

PROS: It makes it easier for us to compile and compare performance reports from various sources. It used to take hours to accomplish this particular task. It can now be done in less than an hour, which is really helpful in providing invaluable insights and action plans during our weekly meetings.
CONS: Some of the product features do not appear in the interface. So it took us longer to figure out that there are some functions that we could have used earlier to help us meet deadlines.

PROS: We feel more confident in serving our clients and meeting deadlines in advance. Thanks to the power of automation for making this possible.
CONS: There are several things that I want to point out that needs to be improved based on my observations. Number one is the reporting features, which are so difficult to use. We tried to collect and export pertinent information that includes our stats/metrics, but it always takes us a lot of time to do it because of the process's complexity. Two is that similar device names are being flagged even though it has been identified to have a different user name.
