PROS: It securely saves your files across several devices. This allows me to easily manage my files and edit how I want it to be managed. File sharing is also very secured as it has great security. You can also save files online so in cases of file loss, you can easily retrieve it online. Since it has a 30-day trial, you can first test its effectivity before deciding to get the premium version. I did this and I can say that I don't regret the decision. It deserves that 5 stars.
CONS: It doesn't have a user-friendly interface. It can take a while for a new user to learn how to use it.

PROS: It synchronizes your files on all devices. It also integrates well with Zapier and Genius Scan. Retrieving files is also very easy as you can retrieve up to 5 previous versions of the same file.
CONS: It does not work with Office Online and does not play audio and video files. I'd appreciate it if they explore on these improvements as it can help our business.

PROS: It backs up my files excellently. I don't have to save files in any particular folder, it just automatically backs up everything. I've been a happy user now for 7 years. I can say that I don't regret deciding on using SugarSync despite its hefty price.
CONS: It can be pricey and their customer service is not that good. I hope they can explain more the benefits their application has compared to their competitors.

PROS: I can select devices where I want SugarSync to be activated. I can retrieve several versions of a file, making it convenient whenever I accidentally delete files.
CONS: There was a time when some of my files were deleted in the cloud. I couldn't locate it anywhere and had to ask the support team to retrieve it. Despite being able to retrieve those files, I still had to reorganize it again. This gave quite a bit of a hassle. Their support team also needs work. They sometimes only give automated responses, making it hard to communicate with them your problem. They also only give out limited options to contact their support team. They don't have phone service.
