It works perfect with Salesforce, the integration itself is simple, user-friendly. What I love is that this product works great with other custom objects and fields that are added to Salesforce. I use it to motivate my team so they can follow up the leads confidently and quickly. Before using this software I needed to create and maintain excel sheets manually for every actions that drive our sales teams locally and globally, so they can be more productive. This product is built for creating competitive and yet healthy environment. Keeps track of the performance of each member of the team. This tool is great for both end-user and admins. It offers great ideas and suggestions on how to increase our performances, maintain our success rates and many other suggestions. Users are allowed to follow all business processes, to contact the follow ups and pipeline opportunities, they are even able to convert the leads into clients.
CONS: SuMo is cloud-based and it is built on Salesforce, and I’m concerned about the security. The maintenance can be complicated for beginners.

PROS: SumoMe is a great tool for increasing the shareability of our website. We also love the email integration, as it helps promote list building. it integrates well with our Wordpress blog through a quick and easy plugin, as well as with ESP. CONS: The price is higher than what competitors offer, though they do offer a free version with branding. I also wish that there were more customization options available, as the pop ups would look better to match our branding.

PROS: SumoMe is an awesome app for lead capturing, website visitor behavior analytics, and website content sharing. It works on any website we believe and it really stands out! Even if you're a beginner webmaster, you can to easily set it up by integrating a short set of code snippet into HTML easily and instantly. It also allows simple integration to popular email platforms like AWeber, Mailchimp, GetResponse and many more.
CONS: When we first implemented it, the pricing was simple and easy to understand. Now, it would cost us extra to have the most helpful features, especially when you have serious website traffic.

PROS: SuMo saves me a lot of time and I can spend my time in focusing on my goals, coaching and development with my team. This tool motivates team members to follow up leads so they can increase their activities, and spreads best practices across the team. In the past I had to manually report on all activities by driving our KPI’s and Manage the team. Now, SuMo does the work for me, and spreads competitive spirit in a friendly manner across the company. I am able to coach the team, to deliver stable forecast thanks to the underlying data that Sumo provides me with.
CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this product. When I have taken down the program, I get asked by my team where the Sumo is? In our company we work on our progress and we use many solutions but we haven’t find anything like SuMo.

PROS: SumoMe really gets the needs of their core users — the marketers. They've made their tools super efficient to implement and the software analytics are top-notch. They seem to be constantly evolving by adding new tools, templates and features. Most importantly though, they've built tools that actually work on driving leads.
CONS: I initially had some issues with their Welcome Mat tool displaying campaigns that were turned off, but it seems to have been resolved. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.

PROS: We are happy that SuMo is part of our company and work with us when we create fun projects and helps us to meet specific objectives. This tool helps us to follow up our leads quickly, increases the productivity and offers great practices for the whole group. Before using it I needed to manually give an account of all activities that drive our KPI’s and to manage the group.
CONS: I cannot think on any single thing that I would dislike about SuMo, it does what it claims to do.

PROS: Everything about SumoMe is perfect, whether you have a small start up or an enterprise-level customer. I'm delighted with what it has to offer. It complements my existing stack really well and the UI is one of the best I have ever seen. I definitely recommend this to dozens of organisations.
CONS: The one thing I would like is a Salesforce integration. These tools are dependent on being sticky and so this is a must. Also, when someone signs up on the lightboxes on our website, I would like the option to be sent a notification each time.

PROS: SumoMe is an all-in-one solution for those looking to improve the "sociability" of their site and increase the number of email subscribers. My favorite tool is the List Builder, which is an email collection popup, and Share, which is their social sharing overlay. There is also a robust rules system to let you customize how you want things to appear.
CONS: While it does a little of everything, it doesn't mean you should use every tool in its suite. I would not recommend using a pop up with an overlay, though there's nothing in the tool to prevent you from overloading your site with annoying "features."

PROS: SumoMe has so many benefits to offer that it's really difficult to chose only a few. I use it on my Wordpress blog to generate more traffic and leads and it does the job well. The platform is very user-friendly and the customer service is great. Integration with Worpress is as simple as installing a plugin easily.
CONS: I cannot think of anything I dislike about it. It has been an incredible Worpress tool for me and continues to be so. Perhaps one thing they could improve on though is to set up notifications that will automatically contact either you or your subscriber when your site has a new subscriber.

PROS: Setting up SumoMe is as easy as integrating a code snippet into the HTML code of your website, and you're good to go. From the Administrative Panel you can activate, deactivate, and configure the different tools easily to build your audience. The best tool that we use in the service is the exit intent popup where the Javascript code gets prompted when your curses points to an area in our site to send an invitation to subscribe to our newsletter.
CONS: There is nothing to dislike about the service so far. The basic version provides us the basic features that we need for free.

PROS: SumoMe provides great integration with other email management software such as MailChimp and others. It offers a lot of settings that can prove to be beneficial such as for a prompt to show up any at any time interval. It has helped grow our email list better than any other software tool. Google Analytics is already built in and the presence of cool features such as Highlighter lets you tweet content that you highlight.
CONS: The presence of the branding on the free version can be annoying and the premium version is very expensive. This can also be a problem since not all features are used by all the visitors It also tends to run slow if options are installed.

PROS: We had great experience with SuMo Motivate, we were able to implement a fun and engaging program in order to achieve our goals. They have done everything to meet all our needs and requests, instead of just using the “out-of-the-box” options, they were especially helpful when we wanted to launch the program, I have to say that they did the work for us, they have provided awesome and detailed presentation.
CONS: We have found that there were some limitations with some requests, but we know that this was the issue with Salesforce itself not with SuMo.
