PROS: The thing I like the best about TimeSolv is the ease of entering billable fees and expenses, and the customer service and support I have received thus far has been excellent. I have a variety of clients in my practice. Some are short-term clients where I may do some quick document review or research, and other matters that may remain open for a year plus. For the short-term clients I can very quickly enter time or expenses, generate a bill, and email it. For the longer-term clients it works the same way of course, and the time and expense tracking features are great to be able to easily view throughout the process.
CONS: Truly there is nothing I have seen that makes me regret making the change to TimeSolv. If I had to pick one thing it would be that there are many features that are customizable, but there are some others that I wish I could have a little more control over in the invoicing (size of address on first page for one), and the default display of a client's "office phone" instead of mobile phone (but this is easily remedied by entering the mobile # in the office # since I rarely ask for/need a client's work # anyways). All of that said, TimeSolv allows users to recommend features and to "agree" with features that others have recommended to help them in determining what features are missing or become necessary as time passes.

PROS: I can organize my regular billing and my additional miscellaneous fees with clients in relation to my activities per workload. I can see and track my activities on a weekly or monthly basis. It is a more transparent way of billing clients.
CONS: Hoping for more customization options—I wish we could color-code each client, and have a separate screen or folder for each client, set reminders to input the activities and work hours during the day.

PROS: TimeSolv has upgraded the way I do my invoices. As a self-employed paralegal, I have always used Excel and another time/billing software for my billing needs. It was tedious and requires a lot of time. I never really thought that inputting time (I love that we can enter a “shortcut” for inputting time entries), making invoices, and entering payment would be this fast.
CONS: For the past three months, I have been using the application, I am yet to find out what I don’t like about it.

PROS: The best billing program I have ever used! And the transition has been flawless with the help of their customer representatives. They take their time in explaining and walking us through on how to use the application. The application itself is so easy to use, so simple! Our lawyers can just input their activities for the day and the app would record it so at the end of the month there’s no need for the tedious task of inputting hours. Plus, it is way cheaper than my previous app.

PROS: TimeSolv is an easy to use application which helped us with tracking our hours and billing and invoicing with clients. What I really love about them is how they take care of their own clients: they provide a 30-day trial which can be extended for a week if you are still undecided, online tutorials and online support, and they receive feedback from clients through a forum which they then apply on their updates.
CONS: I wish for it to have a customizable or simpler way of invoicing.

PROS: I can automate my sending of invoices to clients using TimeSolv. The app can be integrated with QuickBooks and LawPay for automated payment. Easier and faster way to do business especially for routine bills. The customer representatives are very helpful and very informative but it takes a while to learn how to use the application. Relying on just the online tutorials is not much help so thank goodness for the reps who have the patience to deal with me.
CONS: The interface needs to be more user friendly and prettier. Wish that I can integrate documents or other third-party applications with the app.

PROS: The program is user-friendly, clear, and structured. There are a great variety of possibilities for the layout of invoices. It is cloud-based, so anyone can enter time and expenses from any computer or phone; a desktop widget helps to enter time quickly during the workday. Best of all is the customer service at TimeSolv. One-on-one training sessions, online videos and knowledge base, and quality phone support staff.
CONS: When creating invoices there are certain features that cannot be changed, even through there are a lot of possibilities for the layout.
