PROS: I like that I'm able to upload documents for each event on Tripleseat. We use it for all-things events, from layout to planner and timelines. The best part is that everyone in the team has access to their mobile and desktop devices too!

CONS: They're able to improve on all the things I didn't like in the past, so I'm pleased they're open to feedback.

PROS: With Tripleseat, items are organized according to color. I am also on top of client deadlines, thanks to the tasks feature.

CONS: It would be great to improve the formatting of Tripleseat so I don't have to manually type items and instead able to copy and paste what I need to add.

PROS: I highly recommend Tripleseat because it helped us become more organized with our multiple locations and events. Everything we add to the platform is easy to communicate and find.

CONS: I've yet to discover the rest of the features so I can fully utilize Tripleseat. Perhaps an intelligent search bar that accommodates minor typos could help with this.

PROS: Tripleseat is so easy to use and learn. The new hires in our team find it user-friendly and they learn on their own because there is online training available to them about both Tripleseat features and the industry.

CONS: It would be great if it was set up to multitask a lot better, and that the settings change so often that I always had to seek an admin to get them to revert to the previous setup.

PROS: Tripleseat is so user-friendly and it's so detailed that it helps us become more organized. Their online tutorials are also helpful for us to maximize all their features.

CONS: It would be more helpful to have additional features like more hosts to an event or access to hosts' contact information so we can avoid any confusion.

PROS: I like that Tripleseat is user-friendly because the UI is easily understood. If you need further info and training, tutorials are available online. The FAQs and YouTube videos helped me understand Tripleseat more.

CONS: It would be very nice if the notifications are also available for when you are setting a financial goal or going over budget. It's frustrating, but to be fair it doesn't really keep us from going about what we need to do. This doesn't make me like Tripleseat any less.
