UberConference Review

PROS: The platform offers multiple functionalities but manages to set up a simple interface where the most important call commands are easily accessible. The biggest benefit I guess is being able to join its hosted meetings without having to install the app that would take-up space. Add to this the easy-to-do screen sharing.

CONS: It does not run smoothly with Mozilla which is my go-to browser.

PROS: Joining meetings has never been easy! I love the chat, document or presentation sharing and integration with social media so we can go live. It is very convenient but still has in place measures that ensure data security.

CONS: It would be great if it allowed some room for customization.

PROS: With an incredible audio quality that just effectively averts any slowdown or faulty connections, UberConference has easily become a favorite and one of the most important tools today amid the sharp shift to WFH. My personal favorite is the audio intelligence which scales up the basic recording feature by producing a transcript of the meeting. A transcript made readily available for all save us time. Another favorite capability is its integration with multiple software, allowing limitless enhancements to its video conferencing function.

CONS: Totally love it. There's nothing to dislike.

PROS: UberConference is effortless to set up and use that even tech-challenged teachers had no problem learning this tool. I think it's mostly because the user interface is very clean so one can easily find what he needs. Being able to join meetings on its mobile app and while on the go also saves a lot of time. It has no download or installment requirement which is space-consuming and often a hassle if you have a slow internet connection but you're hurrying to be in the meeting.

CONS: Contrary to what many people were saying about its audio quality, I don't find anything amazing about it. There is low customization, too.

PROS: The most superb part about UberConference is that it has the highest audio quality ever! I've used multiple videoconferencing tools and I can attest that UberConference is second to none. Another amazing thing about it is, in just a few hours after the meeting, all of the participants can receive the transcript and the recording for them to review.

CONS: It would be better if it could give moderators more control on hold music.

PROS: UberConference has superb audio quality, does not have a meeting time limit, is free of cost, and allows us to make presentations. As a graphic designer, being able to show my clients while giving an elaboration on each part of the design is important to save us all our precious time. The recording feature is also useful as I regularly have to go back to review the details of a meeting due to the many clients I handle.

CONS: It's a big mystery why there are certain devices on which it does not work. Trying to find the root cause is quite frustrating since we want to use this as much as possible. But we just opt for a different platform whenever UberConference is not workable for all.

PROS: There are minimal to zero issues whenever we use UberConference. More impressively, you are assured of security since it requires pin codes for participants to enter and not just enter by clicking the link which can be given to anyone. The moderator is also texted whenever there is a new participant so he or she can verify if the new entrant is indeed invited.

CONS: The recording is blocked when we start screen sharing.

PROS: The most attractive point in UberConference is the level of security and protection your personal data is being handled with. Its recording features and auto transcribing have been very useful when finding the verbatim of a specific statement of a speaker. The multi-device connection is also useful, allowing one to shift to mobile from desktop if need be while still allowing one to cope up with the meeting.

CONS: The screen sharing can be improved by making the button easier to find. Music on hold can be opened up further to welcome greater customization. Setting up a big event involves several steps which quite keeps us from going full out in providing regular webinars.

PROS: Generated emails sent to invited users consist of relevant links and info. For instance, showcasing invitees who have been invited. The same goes in letting callers operate a compatibility test. This is soemthing a less technically-inclined person can do if they're capable of following instructions on the screen.

CONS: The time spent making use of this service greatly exceeded my expectations. Feedback I've been receiving from users have all been positive. I'm not sure if there's a restriction the number of callers allowed. With that in mind, I have nothing bad to say at this point in time.

PROS: UberConference's audio quality is very crisp and recording is always reliable, freeing us of worries of failing to store important meetings.

CONS: We hope we could downgrade our current version. The interface in the most recent upgrade looks more complicated and is giving our non-techy team members quite a difficult time to adjust.

PROS: If you have a big event, UberConference would be your best bet. It runs very smoothly from inviting guests to recording calls. You won't be disappointed. Everything in it, such as the screen and document sharing, unlimited international calls, and integration to social media, will be extremely useful somewhere down the road.

CONS: The mobile version is very difficult to use. Also, the overall interface looks quite outdated, somehow negatively affecting the professional mood the team is aiming for.

PROS: UberConference sets the standard for everything when it comes to videoconferencing, from scheduling calls and screen sharing to recording calls and sharing documents with participants.

CONS: Finding the most compatible browser for it entailed a long series of trial and error.

PROS: UberConference's top five strengths are 1. Consistent high quality of audio and video, giving little room for errors. 2. Easy to set up 3. Low-cost for many features. It also has a free plan but it's too limited for my needs. 4. No waiting time to enter as you won't need for moderators to approve you. As long as you have the link you're good to go. 5. Screen-sharing command is easy to find

CONS: The free plan does not cover international calling which is a deviation from standard basics offered by other conferencing tools.

PROS: UberConference helped the oldies cope with the new form of communication without requiring heavy technical training. In just a one-hour session, they were able to fully grasp the functions and locations of call controls.

CONS: Screen-sharing took a while for us to figure out.

PROS: As a customer who's paying for its service, I love the personalized number that comes to you. There's no need to input a code/pin. Pricing was also great. Very easy to utilize.

CONS: Its "hold" music was just plain terrible. It's difficult figuring out on how that could be manipulated. Very non-professional for their part. Conference lines can be spotty.

PROS: I like how you can see just about anyone who goes online. I like how it can text you whenever someone happens to be on the line. You no longer have to linger around for the call to start. But if you want to wait, you can upload your own music track or pick from its pre-installed songs.

CONS: Screensharing is a great thing. But it's not considered to be the best. Every now and then I experience lags. I was also hoping international would be thrown in the free version.

PROS: What's really not to like. It's so simple to utilize. What's more, it's free! The company that I'm working for goes between Google Hangouts and UberConference for anything that requires screensharing or video conferencing.

CONS: There's nothing much to dislike. It's able to meet the needs of my business. But if I'll be nitpicking, then I'd criticize how it's showing the geo location assigned for a specifc phone number. When calling for business, I'd always have to explain that I'm currently not in the city where I'm making calls from.

PROS: It's so easy to utilize. UberConference is straightforward. I've never encountered any major technical issues. My clients have yet to complain about connectivity problems.

CONS: The one thing that I hate with it is that there aren't a lot of people who are on the call. The system tends to slow down a bit. There were other instances where screensharing or audio aspects would come to a halt. There's currently no solution in refreshing the system without logging back out and then in again.

PROS: Conferences are simple enough to utilize regardless if it's a landline, mobile phone, or on a desktop PC. This makes UberConference an excellent cross-platform. No PIN is required to be part of a conference. It's a fantastic platform with great moderator/administrator controls.

CONS: The sharing module appears to not function well enough. Attendees can easily fall back few screens behind. So far, that's the biggest flaw in UberConference.

PROS: I've been using a number of conferencing services for more than a decade in sales. UberConference is, by far, the best in the market. I like its quick and easy set up. I love how you can seamlessly host a call.

CONS: Improvements need to be made in the sound quality. It's typically a hit or miss thing. A majority of calls are good. But there have been cases where delays, static, echo, and poor reception are experienced.

PROS: There's no doubt that the best functionality is possessing a web UI. It's where I can see who's jumping into a call. Being able to integrate social profiles with varying callers and keeping visual track on who's currently speaking is a fantastic solution. It resolve the common issue in dealing with more than one participant in a call.

CONS: The VOIP functionality appears to echo whenver other users are being dialled by phone. We have yet to succeed in using a mixed mode of users. We've also gone through a problem where there's a reduction in call quality. We'd push ourselves to restart the conference call by getting those who are participating to drop off and do a re-dial.
