Some of these tools include the self-service kiosk which provides the DIY tablets to allow your guest to self-register in the absence of a receptionist. The terminal also offers an OTP-based mobile number verification that eliminates chances of capturing fake mobile numbers of visitors. Better still, you can capture visitor’s image and upload it securely along with the corresponding visitor data in the cloud.
Additionally, Veris features a reliable, real-time dashboard feature. The feature gives you a live update of all visitor activities at your premises, across multiple locations under a centralized place. It empowers you to flawlessly manage incoming and outgoing visitor activities thereby leaving a lasting impression on every visitor. You can also easily identify your recurring visitors and give them personalized treatment.
The Veris Mobile App is another feature designed to simplify visitor pre-registration and save the repeated hassle. The app supports easy preregistration with just a few clicks and sends visitors automatic text message invites with directions (GPS coordinates) to your office. It delivers instant notifications (with visitor’s photo) to inform the host and employees when the guests arrive.

PROS: It covers most of the features a business park requires. It improves the security and interior of the front desk. Reviewing mainly for its new feature "Face Recognition" which is very good. Lastly, the support team is easy to reach.
CONS: Not as such.
