PROS: 1. Capable of creating template based as well as customized reports and dashboards. 2. Very reasonably priced and no hidden cost of ownership. 3. Web based product which works with a web browser and does not require any installation on end users computer.
CONS: 1. Dashboard designing editor should be more user friendly.
