There are six solutions available – Interactive SMS, Rich Media Messaging (RMM), RMM Fallback, Interactive Voice Messaging, WhatsApp for Business, and VoiceSage Console. The Interactive SMS can be used for marketing purposes and sending alerts or notifications. RMM is for those who wish to add rich media content to their messages and provide their recipients with personalized mobile journeys.

Meanwhile, businesses that run RCS business messaging campaigns could benefit from the platform’s RMM fallback. What makes this solution from VoiceSage different from other platforms is that it also caters to other Aggregators and CPaaS companies.
