PROS: The discussions that happened before the final sign was so vibrant with the VPlayed team. Rather than building a VOD platform based on templates and offering every customer a set of predefined templates and customizations, they catered to my lines of business. Their team has integrated 15+ app customizations to meet our specific requirements and delivered an unparalleled streaming experience for our audience. And these customizations are helping us every day deliver personalized experiences to enjoy TV shows and movies based on their interests.

CONS: Love using the app so far. All on the sunny side. Just one suggestion: It would be great if the backend management is made more convenient. Like, we understand how to use it as we have been using it for a long time. But for newbies to hold a grip, it might take time. Consider reworking that.
