PROS: This is probably one of the best task trackers out there. It gives us valuable insight into our projects—our progress, the people involved, and the productivity rate of each member. All of this is visible in the dashboard so everyone knows the update on every task.

CONS: I'm not sure if this is an issue with Timely or with our system, but sending time updates can be difficult. The support team over at Timely is pretty helpful though, so any issues can be quickly addressed.

PROS: I needed time- and task-tracking program, and I'm so glad that I discovered Timely. It is intuitive, simple, and most importantly, it gets the job done. I can easily track my appointments and keep up with my inventory with the help of this app. It's my go-to app for work.

PROS: This is an ingenious time-tracking tool that keeps track of my deadlines and maps my productivity. I love how properly vetteed and easy to use this program is. Not to mention, the interface is well-designed too!

CONS: The company package of the subscription is quite expensive. However, it is the best among all my options so I'm sticking with Timely.

PROS: This is a trailblazer in its field. Its premise is based on cloud innovation, and it easily keeps track of all my appointments and upcoming events. It even connects smoothly to my social networks.

CONS: The features need a bit more work, but I know that the developers are working on improving the app.

PROS: This makes team meetings a lot less stressful. I can easily update the team where I am on projects and what my deadlines are. If I wanted to, or if they ask for it, I can easily send them my calendar of tasks too. The notes are particularly useful as well.

CONS: I have to individually add tasks to the calendar. I wish that there was a simpler way to do this—a shared timer for all my projects perhaps.

PROS: This isn't just a scheduling tracker, it's also helpful for managing teams. I can easily determine which of my team members are idle so I can assign tasks to them. It sends email and text notifications too. This way, we are always reminded of our deadlines.

CONS: I'm still exploring this program. No complaints so far.

PROS: Timely makes it easy for us to follow deadlines and keep up with our schedules. It automates a lot of our manual tasks, making it a real time-saver. As a bonus, our staff hasn't had any issues in learning this tool, and we had no trouble teaching them the basics too.

CONS: Timely works quite well by itself. However, its integration with other solutions, especially Google products, can be a little patchy.

PROS: If we can't attend to a user's needs right away, we can easily queue them in by scheduling a return call for them. This seems to soothe even the most irate customers. Plus, the system finds a slot that works best for the customer and the agent too.

CONS: It would be nice if Timely would integrate with Zendesk too. This is our ticketing software, so it would be good to have these two work together to make sure that all tickets are settled promptly.
