PROS: XNSPY was primarily used as an additional security and productivity tool at our company, but soon became one of the front-runners we employed for all data harvesting usages. It is perhaps the most in-depth and well thought out software for the job. Its suite of features with social media and IM tracking is a massive bonus for our industry as most reps in the company (senior officials) have direct communications with distributors and suppliers. XNSPY helps us keep a track of all coms in and out of the company.
CONS: The UI and interface has been slow at times and the setup process could be quicker. Other than that, it works as advertised.
The least favorable review
PROS: It is a great app that helps me monitor my employees’ phone. It enables me to read their work chats, access their calls history, track their GPS location, and all of this information is presented in a simple manner. Its analytical reports save my time and energy as I don’t have to scroll through the irrelevant or personal chats of my employees.
CONS: Well, the installation process was a bit tricky for me. But, they have plenty of informational resources on their website and a brilliant customer support service. The customer support agent guided me through the whole process. So far, I have found no issue with the features and performance of the app.
