YesInsights is a survey software that helps build, deploy and collect feedback from customers using the “one-click” or Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey method. The NPS is a short form survey based on the one-click, one question approach, usually answerable by the respondent choosing from a rating of 1 to 10 (with 10 highly likely, recommended or favorable and 1 the least likely).
