Ease of Use and Security

Yurbi is specifically designed for business users, so it takes many complicated business intelligence processes and provide an intuitive interface where business users can access and manage their data without being technical experts. In fact, Yurbi is a code-less environment that doesn’t require writing any SQL queries or database code at all. What sets it apart is that since they’re making it easy for business users to access data then they also ensure that the IT and Security teams feel it is secure and safe. Yurbi includes multiple levels of security including complete audit and data governance features.

Personalization

A key theme of product is personalization. Yurbi provides a number of features that reduce the total cost of ownership of business intelligence by allowing businesses to build and deliver reports that can then be personalized by users based on their specific security and needs. So instead of having to build multiple reports for different users and departments so they can all see what is important to them, with Yurbi a core report or dashboard can be built and each user can set up their own defaults so that they see exactly what they want to see (such as a specific location, customer, time range, etc). Plus with their security module, the Yurbi admin can setup security policies to control the scope of data each user is allowed to see.

White Label Dashboards and Reports

Yurbi provides an easy and affordable solution for Software Vendors looking to integrate a robust business intelligence solution into their existing SaaS or on-premise software. It offers the branding, single-sign on, multi-tenant security, and API so that developers can seamlessly integrate dashboards, reports, data analysis, ad-hoc query building and scheduled notifications into any web application. Yurbi also provides OEM partner specific pricing for software vendors or agencies looking to either embed BI or white label Yurbi as their branded reporting portal.

On-Premise

Yurbi has all the cost benefits and ease of use typically associated with modern Cloud/SaaS platforms but is installed on the customer’s network and server. This allows a customer to keep their data secure and not require data to be replicated outside of their network. It also allows our customers to upgrade and manage Yurbi themselves and not be forced to upgrade at the same time as everyone else.

Flexible Licensing

Yurbi offers flexible and simple licensing options. It can be licensed on a per user basis (with 2 options, Named or Concurrent Users) or on per report basis for environments that need to share data with a large audience (such as publishing on a website for public consumption).
