Zenoti Review

PROS: We first looked a Zenoti as we are a Canadian Franchise company and were scaling to the US. Our previous system was booker and we were looking to minimize some of the issues that we were facing with Booker. The owner D took us through a glamourous view of the system with alot of the functionality that was not in place. We were sold on stripe royalties, stripe payments for staff, and online shop etc. None of this is in place in the Canadian market and it is limited. We were promised Q1, Q2, 3 and now today I have received a note saying they are moving away from Stripe and are trying to work with a another partner but oops sorry you need to wait until Q12020. Our platform was not set up well and you can certainly see this is a company that has ALOT to iron out. Yes they raise money but this system will cost you MUCH more than booker and mindbody in the marketplace. Reach out to me - I have loads of emails I can send you on our frustrating experience.

CONS: They need to do better all around to be honest.

PROS: It’s very easy to access their support team. All I have to do is to click on the icon at the right bottom corner.

CONS: It would be nice to have a master file of all pending tasks/bookings rather than having to check each individual account.

PROS: My favorite thing about Zenoti is that they always have a support team available. I can simply send them a quick message on their chatbox, and they will respond right away. This gives me added confidence in exploring the app.

CONS: Everything works. I don’t have any negative notes about it.

PROS: This was such an easy app to get to know. It also helps that their support team was always just a click away.

CONS: The appointments are basically set in stone—it’s hard to rebook them. It’s almost impossible to check prepaid appointments too.

PROS: We no longer miss appointments and bookings ever since we started using Zenoti. It’s very easy to learn and teach our staff too.

CONS: It has some bugs to it, but nothing major. I just haven’t figured out how to fix these yet.

PROS: I love how I can always get a hold of someone from their CS team whenever the need arises. They are very reliable.

CONS: Although easily contacted, the support team isn’t always very helpful. They often redirect us to another team for support.

PROS: I’m not exactly new to solutions like Zenoti, but this app does bring something else to the table. Other than this, I’m also impressed with the level of attentiveness that their support staff has. As is natural in most software/solutions, we did hit walls in the duration of our Zenoti usage. In all this, their team was always available to assist us—and they responded at an impressive speed too.

CONS: I’m more than convinced that Zenoti wasn’t developed with the US market in mind. I find the flow of the interface a little confusing. But once you power through the first few days/hours, it will all start to make sense.

PROS: This app gives me access to all of my tasks on my phone. This is great because I don’t want to be bombarded by surprise tasks at work.

CONS: It takes a while for appointments to be tagged as done even after they’ve cashed out.

PROS: Having this app on my phone is such a big convenience. I can easily track my locations and merge them, as needed.

CONS: I usually encounter some problem or another at check-out. I’m not too impressed with its reporting feature as well.

PROS: I love how accessible their support team is. I can easily reach out to them whenever I have questions. Clients can be easily checked out too.

CONS: I’m still in the process of learning the quirks of Zenoti. As such, everything right now seems intimidating for a beginner like me.

PROS: Not only does this make our files more accessible, but they have an awesome support team too!

CONS: We have to constantly re-learn the app because of the continuous updates that it gets.
