PROS: The Zoho Reports platform enables every user to clarify data, and to segregate it in multiple points across the Zoho products we're using. As a result, we are producing impecable reports that serve as precious sources for analysing business in general.
CONS: We would prefer support to take place with a proper person on the other side of the line, so that we could discuss the problem and search for even better answers. Still, this is not enough to claim that their helpdesk is not reliable (it is the other way around), or to criticize their technical documentation database which is also very useful.

PROS: The way how Zoho Reports allows you to manage complex variables, and to express those variables in a visible and simplified manner is just unbelievable! If you're expecting a dull dashboard with excel-like tables, you're absolutely wrong. Before I proceed, start thinking of Zoho Reports as an investment in your statistics and information management, and compare its functions to large and logical formulas which are now part of the past.
CONS: Put it like this: sub-folder management is not exceptional. The more distinct your folder levels become, the more difficult it will be for you to manage them.

PROS: I enjoy using Zoho Reports because it is simple and flexible, it features enough drag-and-drop, and it involves all of my colleagues instead of leaving all reports on my schedule. The company uses Zoho Reports to manage Quickbooks data, and we're very happy that the software is well-integrated with QBs flexible tools. In fact, the flexibility level of the two is fairly comparable.
CONS: At the beginning, I felt as if I was struggling unnecessarily to export data from the QB desktop to Zoho Reports. As bad as I am with explanations, the support team understood what I wanted, and started to work on it.

PROS: I don't know about other users, but I've never worked with such solid tool without doing some serious cutting of my budget. This is the first time I got something that powerful on such a reasonable price! Zoho Reports enabled me to create detailed custom reports, and all I have to do is to import data from our local database, either manually or with automatic scripts.
CONS: It took me a while to get used to its interface. The setup process was somehow more than my intuition can handle, and I stuggled to do script uploading because there was no feedback to inform me on the success of my operation. I compared it to some more expensive tools (Tableau, SAP Lumira), and saw that many essential features are still missing. However, Zoho Reports is a great on-budget solution for less advanced operations.

PROS: Needless to say, the best features are definitely easiness and simplicity. They are strengthened by well-executed integration with other technologies, and small business can really thank their little stars for such wonderful connectors.
CONS: My comments are not really dislikes. I would call them suggestions instead: Let's say that developers should work to improve troubleshooting for their interface, offer Cloud based data only upon purchase, or charge On-premise software as Service Software in order to make it more optimal.

PROS: The platform has all the features I personally need, and it offers the most flexible method for customization of reports I've ever seen. It syncs perfectly with Zoho CRM, meaning that you can also email the reports automatically, and you can bring data from other sources as well.
CONS: The platform will cause a problem once in five years. That's how good it is! However, we are concerned about something else: currently, the only CRM modules that can sync with Zoho Reports are the default ones. We expect the development team to sync the customizable ones too.

PROS: Zoho Reports allows me to analyze even the most complex data in a fast and organized way. I love being able to do that, and I consider my job as pleasant, rather than obligatory.
CONS: I don’t like the fact that the platform requires me to save reports for further operations (exporting, for instance) every time that I want to do a quick analysis. I am loosing time, and my reporting tab gets heaped with unrelated reports that I don't need. Importing data can also be tricky, due to the fact that there are some SQL queiries which are complicated to execute.
