1. Company ABC Inc. has an NDA document they re-use with partners, vendors, candidates, customers, etc. Every single time they send this document out for signature, the name, company, and date are manually modified while everything else remains unchanged.
Solution: WIth ZorroSign’s workflow engine, company ABC, Inc. can turn this NDA into a template. Next time the NDA document is sent out for signatures, the user basically brings up an instance of the template, fill out the name of the person and company and click send. ZorroSign collects signature and date.
Note: Use this same feature to automate new hire packet, offer letters, sales contracts.
2. A teacher requires a parent of every student in her class to sign a consent form for the field trip.
Solution: Teacher selects the appropriate consent form from the ZorroSign template selection, associates her students’ parents email list and sends out the consent form signature request to all the parents with just a click of a button.
3. There is a court case and the lawyer brings all the case documents to the court in the printed format. These documents were all signed digitally using ZorroSign. The judge wants to make sure the documents are legit.

The least favorable review
PROS: I like that I can convert my frequently used documents into templates and create a workflow for each template. The software acts like a wizard; asks me a couple questions and sends out a customized document for signatures. I also like that it has built-in Document Management System so I don't have to maintain a separate folder of my documents outside of ZorroSign. We use 4n6 Token feature with every document. Its free. Knock on wood, we have not had any disputes on our contracts but I have a peace of mind that should that happen we are protected against fraud and tamper.
CONS: Its not a huge deal and it happens with every new software - it took us a couple days to get used to the new user interface. But once you learn their unique way of doing things, we were off to the races.

PROS: Once I convert my documents into templates and workflows, it takes me 5 minutes to send out a customized contract. Its solid.
CONS: I could use some training videos. But I see that they are working on them. When I needed help they jumped on a call right away even though I have not purchased premium service.
