PROS: My server with blacknight.com is hacked. And they even do not care to inform customer, what to do. They dont reply to users and site is down for more than 8 days now. Finally got reply after 8 days and look what they tell. Scam artist? Yes. Do not use blacknight.com This is total ripoff company. Their service is sucks.
CONS: They do not provide refund. They do not provide data. Their servers always down. Check the ticket image. Scam company. No#1 scammers of hosting industry. Proof: https://ibb.co/9VYMg8H
