PROS: As a part of a charity committee, I also pick the ticketing systems that we are using as well as helping coordinate our case. Installation was convenient and simple, and any queries we had were addressed in almost full detail through web discussion. One of the key aspects was its Accelevents application that enables my dedicated staff to search for tickets or look up lots of participants by title with no problems and disruptions.

CONS: I also like the mailing features they support, but some more ready-made formats would be provided.

PROS: Anytime I had an issue or a query, I would be able to write a text to the support team and still get an answer within several minutes.

CONS: We had early entry price levels and subsequent premiums, and I placed the schedules through, however, the tickets did not change as expected. There's something I must process to get the changes in the tickets which I missed to do. This would have been a bit easier if it can be done automatically or perhaps a notification can be very helpful.

PROS: This has been our consecutive years of using Accelevents for our online fundraising auction and raffle. When you do charity auction you are now a learning experience in a year and the second year is much smoother. It was the same for applying Accelevents, the second goes about much simple and easy. This is the same for using Accelevents, making it very easy for the second to get by. Although pretty easy to use this year we always had a couple of questions and my FAVORITE thing about Accelevents is Zach and Jon's accessibility! I think these gentlemen don't take a nap. I have to work early morning, and if I live, they'll be started chatting or send an email within the next few minutes. There were several instances during the evening, and I received having similar prompt response. Their service quality is keeping us bringing it back. If I were taking into account an online auction, I will indeed highly suggest Accelevents!

CONS: We sell several experiences and last year we did use the ticketing option which didn't work well for our purposes so this year we put the experiences in the auction and it wasn't the best option either. We are still brainstorming on how to sell our experiences within the Accelevents system.

PROS: Convenient to use and wonderful service! I did receive a prompt response from the customer service team on any queries I had during the installation process or even while my activity was going on. This is a yet another-stop shop for your next fundraising event. Kinda liked that I could easily access the message on all my social media sites! The participants of my event were capable of paying by phone to make all their auction. I've had a charity auction going on during a charitable basketball game and they've been able to see the consumer goods and go various websites with no problems to auction and expect to be paid at the end of the tournament!

CONS: When I was using Accelevents, I didn't have any problems! I seemed to be very pleased with the customer support.

PROS: We set up on formal attire for more than 400 guests every year. Just under five years ago, with our charity auction, we finally agreed to go digital, and done research just every available online internet service provider. Accelevents was the most reasonably priced certainly one of the best, but it was completely obvious to us during our first year that, more relevantly, their software was the greatest available today! From day one, we have been using Accelevents faithfully and couldn't have been satisfied with the system, quality, and the most significantly the quality that our attendees experience too!

CONS: The interface and user-friendliness please us!

PROS: Accelevents is making significant progress. That year we were using the application at the beginning of a new design and felt nervous. There was the Accelevents team to guide us in the start-up and assist us with some traffic signals we made. They provided more 24/7 service this year, and now have a software that supports outsourced revenues. They also made several changes in the tools menu earlier: today to help you manage more conveniently.

CONS: Too many graphical modification suggestions for implementing the system.

PROS: Accelevents bid operating system is simple and easy to navigate. Our education system has been using it for four years already. An infinite number of objects may be uploaded, so it is important to have several photos of the object, its importance, the number of components accessible, and whether it is a real object. If you have relatively similar products throughout the year, you can continue moving them from your past events to a new operation. Ticketing, raise money-A-Need, auction, and Text-To-Dive components are also accessible. You 're just charging for everything you need. The customer care here is unbelievable—-you ask for clarification in the talk, and within a few minutes you will receive a reply! No matter what time of day you ask (the weekend, too)! We had a series of delays during the conference a year in which we had used operating systems, but I ended up going on the discussion and it was all taken good care of it within minutes (and this at 9:30 at night). That's what auctioned me back.

CONS: There are no cons—-except for automated system saving. Recall resetting your site to make clear exactly that changes you've made have actually been saved. Occasionally, it appears like it's saved, but not. I believe this is more even as the bidding items page expands.

PROS: Accelevents has been used by the non - government organization where I work for a variety of activities and objectives including silent auctions, drawings, and message-to-give for major and minor events. The most relevant thing is the customer support, they're absolutely amazing! They 're very often ready to help, and they're essentially happy to guide me to find a suitable remedy. The value is also great, particularly for just a small charity organization with a minimal budget, as the limited service fee helps us to recognize our budget upfront and retain much of what we are raising to accomplish our goal. We've tried some other systems, but in that target market, you can't beat the quality of this product.

CONS: Specific options for configuration and design of the interface.

PROS: For their very fair price, exclusion of monthly subscription or usage fee, and simple software, we choose Accelevents. We built up the program and earned more money with Accelevents than with our in-person bidding charity event without the need to devote a lot of time and resources to the event. The arrangement was simple (it's even simpler the user layout initiated one such drop). The user design is simple and did not demand a series of questions from our subscribers. Shutting down and placing sponsors and bidders in touch was a tight fit, kudos to the software's automatic alerts.

CONS: Not too many. I hope a large company with a production team might need to personalize the operating system (custom colors, etc.) although it was smooth and reasonable for us.

PROS: Accelevents Auction Software is very easy to use and navigate. Our school has been using it for 4 years now. Unlimited number of items can be uploaded and there is an option to include multiple images of the item, indicate its value, number of units available, and whether it’s a Live item. If you have the same items from year to year, you can move them over from your previous events to the new event. Ticketing, Fund-A-Need, Raffle, and Text-To-Give modules are also available. You only pay for what you need. The customer service is here incredible---you ask a question in the chat and within a couple of minutes, you receive a response! No matter what time of day you ask (weekend, too)! The first year we used the software, we had a couple of glitches during the event, but I went on the chat and within minutes, it was all taken care of (and this at 9:30 at night). That’s what sold me to return.

CONS: There aren’t really any cons---except with the automatic save. You need to remember to refresh your page to make sure that changes you made were actually saved. Sometimes, it looks like it’s saved but isn’t. I think this happens more as your list of auction items grow.

PROS: Accelevents used to be terrific. Again for the second time this season, I used the software. We have a comparatively small organization – not with plenty of resources or workforce. We had about 20 items in friendly bidding and seemed to last 1 week, actually ended at our huge fundraising event. Accelevents was suitable for our aims. We were searching for a program that allows potential buyers to negotiate on their mobile devices without leaving their seats and be informed when they were out bidden. The profitability, cost-effectiveness of using it for us and the buyers, and all-in-one check-outs were also essential to our exploration. Accelevents has everything in it. The price can't be beat-$99 starts up + $1 per auctioneer was the fairest I've ever seen while studying. It's very simpler to use. I've been able to have all of our bid products listed and the bidding running smoothly in less than a day. And as well as, after the bidding is online, users can customize and add products. It's convenient for the newest mobile buyers' bids to grasp our major event. This was entirely achievable for our employees to use throughout the procedure, and I was thrilled to know that, as tantamount to line down the middle, the software could be assimilated with Square again. This year, it helped make things much easier!

CONS: The layout of the dashboard was less than optimal-some of the visualizations didn't match as predicted and I would have recommended having engine a template without a script. And – note that all photographs of auction items must be 600x600, as the individual item websites instantaneously reduce to a certain point.

PROS: I admire the fact that anything we do to organize things at our school reunion is straight up with one location. Simply adore that tickets can be sold online reasonably and that cash can be deposited directly into our account. The flexibility of all this is reducing people's operational time.

CONS: No disadvantages, only hoping the blog users saw was somewhat more pleasing to the eye when they first try to log on to the preorder site.

PROS: I understand how easy it has been to establish our occasion and bookings using the Accelevents system. We were possible to update personalized queries for our participants to respond at verification confirmation, and that was a useful option. Accelevents also provides an immediate solution via web discussion, making the system that much simpler.

CONS: There is nothing important to disclose here. The certain concerns I usually used was irrelevant to the operating system.
