What is AllAnswered?

AllAnswered is an all-in-one, AI-powered knowledge management software for engineering teams, human resources, customer support, and other knowledge workers. This platform enables teams to capture two types of knowledge – explicit and tacit. Teams can capture explicit knowledge such as guides, memos, procedures, and articles using Wiki Pages. Tacit knowledge, on the other hand, can be captured using Q&As. Team members can easily find the information they need with the aid of the platform’s powerful search engine.

What is more, AllAnswered allows teams to share their knowledge through communities. You can create either a private community or an open one. The latter enables all team members to participate. Private communities, however, can only be accessed by team members with an invitation. It is ideal for keeping sensitive information.

The platform also features a robust workflow and life-cycle management to help you keep your knowledge base up-to-date. You can review content on AllAnswered on an ad-hoc basis or fixed verification schedule. Administrators can close or delete contents that are no longer valid.
