PROS: amoCRM is an ideal app for small and mid-size businesses. The user interface is friendly and you don’t need to read the documentation to learn to use the system. Key metrics and prepared business sales process are built into the solution. The sales structure is already worked out for you. Managers love using the system. Plus, the app offers many readymade integrations and you can easily connect it to your site using Wordpress without the need to do any programming.

CONS: The only minus point I cannot install the mobile app on my Nexus tablet.

PROS: I manage a small call center and my aim was to make the work of the agents faster and simpler. On the other hand, I also wanted to try out all the tasks and nuances in a CRM software. We tried out a few apps, and finally selected amoCRM. This system fulfills all our purposes without needing additional investment. I recommend amoCRM for small call centers, but not for large enterprises.

CONS: The only disadvantage is we receive emails after a small time lag.

PROS: You can use amoCRM as a secret weapon to boost your business performance. You can easily mark all upcoming events, schedule tasks, and control the performance of all your transactions. It is simple to create a list of contacts and segment contacts by company. The analytics feature helps to track all steps of transactions and close them successfully. The vendor regularly updates the solution to keep up with the world. I recommend amoCRM for small businesses.

CONS: There are no obvious minus points, but there could be better integration with email.

PROS: It's a simple and handy tool. The API is great for app integration and customization. I like the fact the integration is straightforward. No frills or whatsoever. It can easily integrate with whatever it is that I throw at: emails, telephony, and websites.

CONS: There were some things that I didn't like with this tool. For example, it's not useful if you intend to make it last several months (or more) in sales. The graphical interface is also limited in some way. It has very little functionality to making customizations. It would be nice to have a little more of that.

PROS: I tried out about a dozen platforms and decided to stick with amoCRM because it is a thoughtful and convenient app. The solution has rich features and yet the interface is not overloaded, but simple and easy to use. The platform offers what you need and it is easy to customize it for your business processes. If you think something is missing, the vendor offers good opportunities to finalize it in the solution. We are really happy with this terrific system.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about amoCRM. It is a stable and beautiful system.

PROS: amoCRM is the best software we have used so far. The interface is simple and intuitive, and not overloaded with unnecessary details. It is easy to follow the work of sellers as well as all stages of transactions. We are able to use our rules processing to process all leads effectively. The analytics feature helps us to measure the effectiveness of each channel. We can attract clients directly in the CRM and track those that do the most cash transactions. The vendor constantly keeps updating the software and makes it better with new integrations and features.

CONS: The only drawback is I am not able to create new reports within the system.
