Appian BPM Review

PROS: Every business, including our company, would like to improve most of our existing business processes to remain globally competitive. Most of our methods are outdated; thus, it affects our productivity. This is why we decided to find a long term solution to these pressing issues. We tried out Appian and did some research about how this product can change our business. We were able to create several tools to help us simplify our tasks without compromising the outcome. You can also integrate this app with Robotic Processes Automation, which will help your company streamline most of your processes and work to your advantage. I have created a few tools that my colleagues find very useful. I do not have enough coding expertise, but I am proud to come up with apps that have a significant impact on our organization.

CONS: Updates are necessary for every system to work seamlessly and effectively. Appian's problem is that it's inconsistent with system updates, which causes latency and other issues affecting end users.

PROS: I enjoy utilizing Appian for my business needs because I can see significant improvements in handling specific processes in just a couple of weeks. The majority of the programs we created are running smoothly, so I wouldn’t trade Appian for any other similar functioning app in the market.

CONS: It can do better in terms of its physical design and improve its user interface. I think that office applications should look more attractive so employees would be encouraged to use it as often as possible. Appian needs to work on its creative side by adding more templates, designs, and formats.

PROS: One of the best things that I like about Appian is their ability and willingness to innovate to find ways on how to improve the product. I’ve been a long time user, and I have seen many apparent changes that make it one of the most competitive products in the market today. Appian can cater to almost all kinds of business because it can create helpful tools that would improve business processes. I’ve read a lot of reviews about Appian, and most people are delighted with the product.

CONS: I appreciate the things that Appian does for my business. However, there are things that I need to address still. Despite all the improvements that Appian went through for the past few years, I think that it's still a work in progress. One of the most common problems we encounter is that the program crashes when we are in the middle of doing something like file encoding and data extraction. There is some major coding issue that needs to be resolved in the back end for things to run smoothly regardless of any circumstances. My second issue would be the pricing of the product. I can afford to shell out the said amount for the sake of improving my day to day operation. But what about other start-ups who are finding ways to cut costs? They should look into this issue because clients might opt to get a more affordable alternative that is more sustainable in the long run.

PROS: We knew from the very start that our company has many issues that need to be addressed right away. Appian came at the right time by helping us develop a robust plan that includes automating our system. We later realized that we made the right decision because we were able to lower down our overhead costs and maximize our resources.

CONS: Truth to be told, Appian is quite expensive. An ordinary person in business may find the price intimidating. If they want to increase product sales and software usage, they should probably revamp their pricing and provide excellent service.

PROS: It doesn’t require many codes and technicalities to develop a functioning application from scratch. I love how the records are compiled into one database and utilized to create a whole new process. The point, drag, and drop process simplify things.

CONS: I am quite surprised by the number of error messages that I’ve encountered while using this product. It’s sometimes more than what I can handle; that’s why I decided to work with an expert to help fix any existing and upcoming bugs that affect our usage and productivity.

PROS: We have been using multiple platforms to ensure that our processes are in place. We are lucky to discover Appian, where all business functionalities can be incorporated into one single platform. I can access this on both computers and mobile phones and get the same kind of visibility.

CONS: It has its specific programming codes that cannot be utilized by other companies. Its unique user interface makes it quite complex to grasp.

PROS: Work has become easier for my staff and me. Usually, we are swamped with a lot of paperwork, and we barely have time to keep track of our records. With Appian, everything is systematized, which makes it more inspiring to work.

CONS: Yes, Appian can create wonderful apps, but unfortunately, it cannot support all business platforms. Some apps won’t work on our primary system, which makes us feel a bit frustrated though some developers can tweak on their end to make things work.

PROS: There are hundreds of BPM software that are for sale in the local and international markets. Each has something unique to offer. With Appian, you are assured that you can learn how to create specific programs and system applications that would help innovate your business. Having fast and competitive apps are just one of the main factors in why companies remain competitive despite facing economic challenges. Should you wish to digitize, some aspects of your business Appian is always there to lend a helping hand.

CONS: If you would like to explore more about coding, then Appian is the perfect software for you. However, there’s a lot of things that could be done to enhance its user interface. Most users are visual learners, and finding ways to make the app more enticing is a plus factor.

PROS: Appian is beneficial in terms of enhancing the majority of our business systems. Also, it allows third-party app integration to ensure that there won’t be any interruptions our gaps in our current process. In terms of real-time reporting and collaboration with other sources, I can say that this platform is one of the best that the industry can offer. Clients can make any requests straightforwardly, and the good thing is that most of these requests are granted accordingly by Appian.

CONS: The developers behind Appian did well in creating this robust platform that we have been utilizing for the past few years. Based on my observations, I think that Appian has still some room for improvement. They can start by upgrading the UI by making it more intuitive and flexible. They could simplify some of the existing features to improve the overall user experience. They could probably add some meaningful content to some of the tabs and make sure that all end users can learn a lot from using Appian.

PROS: At first, it was challenging for me to use Appian because I am not used to this kind of software. It took me a lot of patience and effort to be familiar with the app. I was glad that I learned a lot and applied it to my current work line. Tasks are now easier to accomplish, and deadlines are currently being met consistently.

CONS: Some upgrades are necessary to improve the overall performance of the app. One of them is upgrading their design features so you can come up with better applications.

PROS: They pay attention to upgrading the software, and I like the changes that I’m seeing. Appian listens to customer feedback because I can see that they are trying their best to incorporate positive changes to the product.

CONS: Bugs are quite common, and I’m not too fond of it. It slows me down, so I need help if our IT guy to fix whatever is going on.

PROS: Appian is something that I would like to use to develop our business tools. It’s easy to use because it doesn’t require much expertise to create an app. It's compatible with almost all OS, including Windows and Android.

CONS: License renewal is expensive; I think they should look into that concern raised a couple of times. Feature-wise the platform is doing okay, but some enhancements would be significant as well.

PROS: I was searching for an app that can create office tools without any hassle. Appian is the right program for me because of its low code and user friendly. I am currently sharing my experience in using this application to my friends and peers.

CONS: I have nothing wrong to say against this application. Appian has given me so much satisfaction and contentment, so I’ll continue using this as long as I need it.

PROS: Creating a list of codes to simplify work processes is always a genius idea. With Appian, you can make this happen and fast track results.

CONS: I need to learn so much about what Appian can bring to the table. Unfortunately, minimal training is offered after the purchase of the product.
