PROS: The Fact that You can have Your Rental Listings Posted on to their website for the Whole World To See and they offer Good Exposure as well!
CONS: I was already listed with Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads which are One Big Happy Company, but now since my listing is with Avail it Now says on the Zillow website that My Current Listings Are Now Declined because they are going through the Avail Website! This to ME is Confusing, but Thankfully My Listings Still Do Appear On To Zillow, Hotpads and Trulia, but that is Now done through Avail and Nobody from Avail told ME about this, but No Problem!
