Hence, if they set up a Lock Box Code for a specific month, all the bookings scheduled within that month would use such code. With this feature, guests are ensured that they won’t waste time asking for Lock Box codes from any personnel during the time of their arrival.
Moreover, Bookerville has a housekeeping management feature. This feature which can be accessed through the housekeeping module in the software allows cleaners and inspectors to send cleaning reports and issues such as theft and damage to the property manager. Using the Bookerville mobile app, they can also send maintenance requests. To optimize housekeeping reports, users have the option to upload photos which can be sent to Bookerville accounts. With this feature any security, cleaning, and maintenance issues are addressed immediately ensuring that check-ins in vacation properties are safe and comfortable.
