PROS: Bridge helps facilitate the distribution of the company's Mandatory/Induction Training, Social Learning and Formal Qualifications that is easy to use by our trainees, content creators, and managers. It is a key training platform for improving each of our trainee's skills and integrates it to the team's expertise to develop the capabilities of the entire personnel's potential

CONS: Bridge is a nice software. However, I think the Learner Questioning Feature needs to improve in the future. I would love to see that when the course is set-up to 100 percent benchmark, it should show questions again that were answered wrongly by the learner before submission. Right now, all questions are still being submitted even with one wrong answer. Such an easy function but it enhances the effort and efficiency of the learners.

PROS: Bridge's most important feature is its easy and responsive interface. Next, is the ability of the supervisor to track the programs his staff still needed to complete as well as the accomplishments.

CONS: It's not really developed for trainer-led modules and it is challenging to look for lessons.

PROS: Bridge has been very user-friendly for admins and the experience for our users is extremely good. We really like that we are able to ass customized roles and the authoring tool too. The post-sales support was excellent! You can really talk to someone on the line and almost all our minor issues were resolved instantly.

CONS: I believe their reporting still needs improvement. The interface is nice, but collecting relevant details is not as easy as I would have liked. Also, it can be a bit difficult to implement mixed learning programs.

PROS: The comfort of using the LMS is not only for the managers but also for the learners. The tech group is really excellent and if there is a more difficult problem, the higher-level tech staff will be available to help you promptly.

CONS: The customization of reports has many options but can't really provide it timely. It still needs the manual work which is a hassle for the admins and managers. Currently, it is only supporting .PPT, SCORM 1.2 and 2004. I think that they should also support Tincan as it is the latest and I think that the standard of the courses that will be created will considerably improve. This has been mentioned to the team already but I guess that it is not on their highest priority right now.

PROS: I love that it is customizable. I'm very data-oriented and make training choices guided by results. Bridge enables me to inject some of that data from my courses into the program and retrieve all that in a report. It has a simple yet highly efficient GUI.

CONS: Bridge builds several applications that work with Bridge Learn. I love the other apps, but I hope Bridge Learn had more emphasis because that's what I'm using.

PROS: I enjoy Bridge's functionality and sleek, modern style. It's very user-friendly and responsive. It's a little addictive as I love to spend more of my working time with the program.

CONS: Bridge lacks some functionalities that could make training management simpler. However, they are continually improving and I think that will definitely be available in the coming updates. For instance, there's no way to batch register admissions and schedule a TBC date session with Live Training. Also, there's no waiting list feature. Bridge wants to minimize sluggishness, which is fine, but perhaps they will eventually listen to its users and bring the stuff that makes it better and more competent to use.

PROS: Bridge enables our collaborators to train, get constructive input and develop from one another.

CONS: Most of the time, Bridge demands users to be in a place without any disruptions or any other people in order to be efficient. It is not always necessarily possible in every working situation. The phone app can aid but it is not usually accessible to the users.

PROS: We do like the measurement techniques. We have collaborated with Bridge, who has presented us with a very detailed list of occupations including its skill sets. Our staff is welcome to do an evaluation with their colleagues anytime they wish, but we usually ask for them to do semi-annual evaluations regularly. As direct superior, we use these evaluations to draw two or three qualities that will allow them to either make them more qualified workers or become the better version of themselves on a personal level. Our staff knows that our company is dedicated to their success and ambitions. True that some of our staff's ambitions don't include the company in the coming years but we help them to learn the skills they need and, in effect, we have our staff's productivity and much better morale among our workforce.

CONS: Bridge has features that we think as though it was mainly developed for big businesses. As a small business, we can hurdle it, but we don't like that. We don't really have a designated HR person so far, we have staff filling that role, and we don't have someone who can manage the whole Bridge suite. In some ways, each team has greater adoption than others. For instance, the creative team sees tremendous involvement, while after initial onboarding, the part-time technical team can see very little uptake.

PROS: I really love the client support. You will be answered by a representative who is driven to assist with your concern when you call their support center. They are very responsive compare to others. I had some problems encountered and the team from Bridge have worked closely with me and came up with ideas that I just followed through. Also, they walk the talk.

CONS: The reporting still needs to improve though it is getting better on every update. The key flaw in the reporting feature is the failure to review who has not yet taken specific training. It is also not as responsive as the user-interface.

PROS: I enjoy setting up smart groups to automatically assign employees training lessons. I also like that Bridge is really easy to use. Using this LMS, you can quickly build the training material. It has nice functionality you can readily integrate, attach links and visuals.

CONS: The one and only stuff I don't like is that you can't sort our syllabus, but it's not really a show stopper. Overall, I find that the other features are still better even with this one flaw.

PROS: I appreciate that not only aspirants can sign in and monitor their growth but their superiors as well. It eliminates emails and phone calls and allows our stakeholders to have direct information access.

CONS: Bridge was developed for the employee program, but we use it for our teacher certification process to measure progress through the curriculum. There are barriers to our specific usage, but we are partnering with Infrastructure to optimize it.
