PROS: Calamari has great integration with Google Calendar. The team worked with us patiently to clearly explain and tailor the framework based on our requirements.
CONS: It would be good if the Google sync can have a workaround to only view the team's calendar of activities just within our own department and not of everyone else.

PROS: The customer support agent is always there to help me when I tried to customize specific rules. Great customer support and gives feedback and solution instantly. The integration with Slack is really beneficial so supervisors can also validate/ignore requests directly on Slack. Perhaps the great feature of Calamari is its simple and smooth UI / UX.
CONS: There 's absolutely really nothing. Their customer support team makes an extra effort to give great assistance.

PROS: The calendar is an excellent view of who is in or out of the office. User- and admin-friendly. Nice to keep records of off-days. The interface can be customized also. Integrates calendar with Google. Can clock in with QR or software code based on the setup. It also has great post-sale service too.
CONS: Because the business is not in the United States, payment has to be via PayPal. That kinda feels awkward... Also, some workers have different off days each year hence we needed to manually update each one their day off every year. Which is very inefficient.

PROS: Before, we handled service requests with resources that were not explicitly designed for this function, so considerable manual efforts were needed. Just then, we moved to Calamari and this has kept the process a lot easier in both team leaders and staff. No one in the business organization has that much complaint. Calamari's service offers timely, supportive, and personalized aid for any software queries and concerns. In short, we 're pleased with Calamari and will keep using it.
CONS: Few additional features are not self-explanatory but its customer service offers assistance in any concerns.
