PROS: Certify allows me to attach maps in order to get mileage. When I started with this profession I had to track my expenses and mileage by using excel spreadsheet and I was always frustrated. I have found this wonderful tool that is extremely easy to use, and with its interface I can input all of the information for my business trips and it logs the reimbursement rate automatically.
CONS: I cannot select various routes for the maps, it would happen that I need to take different way than the way that is on the map and I’m not sure whether this change makes differences into mileage that I drive. It would be great if I could select various routes on the map that is uploaded. Also, they could implement difference into the thumbnail buttons in draft expense report. I want to click the edit and delete the buttons instead of clicking on drop down menu in order to get all these features.

They did NOT tell me they would only support the implementation for 6 weeks, then they passed us over to "customer Support" before we could even get the set up tested to see if we have it correct. Now have to get s different person at customer support each time when I send in a support ticket for set up.

PROS: Its interface and app are easy to use and set up and very intuitive. Its support team is great and responsive, they provide us with solution or answer in real-time. We didn’t have any problem with the implementation process, it was easy and straightforward. Everyone within our company likes the idea to make expense reports as travel, and no one has to wait to complete it.

PROS: I work as an assistant controller, and we have used Excel, Word and Pdf receipts. But Certify managed to improve our former process, it provides great workflow and reports. I’m using its mobile app so I can capture receipt images. I am able to access other users account in order to help them with some issues. The price is affordable.
CONS: I would like to see an integration with Intacct accounting software. It’s a bit frustrating when it comes to entering expense reports. I need an option where I can split user’s expense data into 2+ departments. They could improve the optical character recognition. I cannot edit the receipts or expenses, I have to edit them before making the report.

PROS: We use Certify for more than a year and I have to say that we are very satisfied with the report and all its functions like approval workflow, easy access to the information, limits on expenses and ad-hoc reporting. We don’t have to do this process manually and I like that all our users adopted the tool easily. I personally like the mobile app and the option to capture and upload receipt images. Additionally, this tool has great customer service that is helpful and responsive.
CONS: I don’t like that I cannot put some hard expense limits on specific expense types.

PROS: Ceritfy has user-friendly and intuitive platform, it is very easy to set it up and to use it. You have great support team that is always available. Our sales and marketing team love the fact that they don’t have to hold on to a receipt and to bring it to the office. All they have to do is to take a picture of the receipt on their mobile device and throw the receipt into the trash.
CONS: There are only likes about this software, no dislikes.

PROS: I often use Certify’s mobile app because it allows me to capture and link the receipts to the expense report. It provides us with option to better integrate the solution and to find better ways to use the interface. I like the ability to create automatically expense reports and to organize everything.

PROS: This solution is easy to use, and it provides great features. One of my favorite features is the ability to send receipts from my e-mail directly to the date certify email, and by sending it this way you have the receipt automatically into your wallet. There is a software feature where you can automatically input receipt amounts, this feature has some bugs but it does the job. And the other interesting feature is the ability to rate places such as restaurants, bars, etc.
CONS: I’m not sure whether this is an issue or not, during the approval process if there are more than 2 individuals that have to approve it, the user receives an email updates about the process. I know it’s good to know but there are too many emails going on.

PROS: There are lot of things I like about Certify: The fact that I don’t have to keep paper invoices, all I have to do is to take a picture and wait for the approval. I don’t have to spend lot of time for managing expenses. It’s great tool that works on Mobile, Laptop, Tablet and other devices. The approval of expenses is done directly into the app. I love its interface because it is simple and clean. It has cloud based option. It offer great customer service.
CONS: Comparing to other software it is little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Worth the price.

PROS: Once you learn how Certify works everything becomes simple and easy. It has a learning curve if you are not familiar with expense tools but the learning curve doesn’t take long. I like that all the receipts and expenses are well organized and they are easy to track for further payment. I like how fast is the approval process and how it provides everything in a timely manner.
CONS: The tools is easy to use but it requires some training steps. Once you learn how it functions it can do the job. Also, when it comes to links they could make it more intuitive.

PROS: In my experience I have found out that Certify is extremely easy to use tool that allows you to track all your expenses. Everyone within our company can use Certify even those who do not have some technical skills. We are able to create various departments and categories and to include our own G/L account codes. In addition, we are able to run reports via Certify and this is extremely helpful for gathering important data. I like that the Report Executive is free and great feature.

PROS: Certify is easy to use software that offers various options to input the needed information whether via Pc or mobile device. The tool is user friendly and it offers various options for doing the job. I like that all the expenses are put together and it informs me of what’s being entered. Also, I like that I can always re-enter data and hit request for the approval. I really like this tool most because I don’t have some special skills in technology and this one makes me feel comfortable doing the process of expenses.

PROS: Before implementing Certify we had lack of visibility of where the reports were in the process. Thankfully, we have found Certify that helps us to avoid this kind of issue and it allows us to see who we have to ping to approve reports and to view the submitters and to take more control over the process.
CONS: When we implemented the system we had numerous general ledger accounts that we had to add to the system but we couldn’t input all the data to a G/L code and we had to call our interns in order to resolve the issue. Also, I don’t like that there is limitation when it comes to G/L dimensions because out software allows additional analysis but we couldn’t make them because Certify doesn’t allow them.

PROS: Certify is easy to set up and easy to use. It is great tool for expense reporting and reimbursement. We have used other expense management system but we have switched to Certify, because it’s easy to use and it provides availability of a list of medical professionals and simple implementation. This product replaces the paper-spreadsheet process. Everyone loves this software because it saves us great amount of time. It offers us great management oversight and control of how much we spend.

PROS: I like that it gives me lot of options to import receipts into the Certify. I am able to upload electronic documents, snap photos of the receipts and to send them via SMS or via iPhone/mobile app. I like how intuitive this software is, all the important information from the receipts are automatically filled into the expense reports.

PROS: In this company where I work Certify is a must. It does the job and make the things much simpler. I am able to copy-paste expenses, organize my work, to check completed report statuses. The whole process of compiling expenses and submitting reports is easier with this software.
CONS: There is no option for deleting imported expenses. I know that there are some security reason for this but if there is an incorrect expense I would like to delete it.

PROS: Certify allows me to Auto fill after uploading a pictures. It saves a lot of time when it comes to data entry. I don’t have to write receipts to paper and mailing them, by using this software I am sure that the emails are send. I am able to see employees’ receipts and this helps me to better manage their purchases. I love the report executive because reminds me to submit the reports.
CONS: The auto fill sometimes is not 100% accurate and it requires some manual data entry. I have to sync after loading the receipts on my mobile phone. They could make the sync function automatic. It would be great if there is an option for auto-fill to be set to automatic.

PROS: There are lot of things I like about Certify, one of them is the simplicity of importing receipts into the system from mobile device or home-based systems. I like that I don’t have to log in to my server from remote location so I can access Certify in order to input the expense report. Also, I like how fast the expense reports are done (within few minutes).
CONS: There is nothing I dislike about this system.
