PROS: We are looking on implementing a social chat for our website and Chat Blazer called my attention, I think is a very complete product with all the needed tools for what I require.

CONS: The only problem that I see is that there is a charge per user, in my case I need many different users and sometimes they are one time users, since my website is open so that is why we are evaluating it.
