PROS: Crashplan is a perfect thing to have for our users. A majority of them won't even realize it's backing things up in the background. That is, until the time comes for them to retrieve their files! It saved some of our users from significant losses. I love their support.
CONS: The pricing is too high for my taste. But then again it's insurance. I find it challenging trying to make use of all its functionality. It takes some time to figure things out. Their Legal Holds and Reporting wsa something I've yet to dab into.

PROS: CrashPlan Pro is an awesome product. Setup and maintenance has never been this easy. It gives me numerous option in creating efficient corporate data backups. What's more, it's able to do that with reduced interruption and user overhead. The runs quietly in the background to allow point-to-point encryption for backup transfers.
CONS: Its reporting and options in data extract for management could use some improvement. Other than that, there's really much to complain about. What's important is that the process is simple enough to do what it's meant to do.

PROS: Backups are something that everyone should have. Thing is, operating on full backups can lead to a lot space wasted. It can also be a time-consuming process. CrashPlan is great backup application that lets you set it and forget it. It protects both your Windows/Apple PC by securing your files.
CONS: In case of an operating system failure, the system (and apps that were in it) will need to be re-installed. CrashPlan is not an immediate substitute for creating image/clone backups. The number of times in creating full-image backups can be minimized. This can be made possible through "snapshots" of files that are frequently changing.
This is ideal for those who treasure their business data.

PROS: The out-of-the-box functionality and set up is excellent. Just about everything in it s polished. UI is crisp and clean. It's simple to understand. All that's needed is a 5-minute tutorial and users can start using it.
CONS: Typically, our customer success manager is busy with things and rarely makes timely e-mail replies. It's understandable. It's never recommended to contact them directly unless you get their online chat support first. On the PRO version, co-branding works admirably well although it can only be seen during login/setup. At times, error messages can be vague on the Master Server and/or client.

PROS: The great thing with CrashPlan is how easy it can be to deploy. It's a very dependable and secure product. When it boils down ot missions critical backup, full compliance must be met. Deploying CrashPlan gives users confidence of not having to do anything else. It gives them flexibility for recovering files --- as long as IT policies are adhered.
CONS: Nothing to comment in this area. In my humble opinion, this is the best backup alternative in the market. If there's something that I'd recommend, it would be including console/internet-based client upgrades.

PROS: Backups are essential for any digital user. Thing is, running backups can take up time and space. Crashplan is that set-it-and-forget-it backup app that works on both Apple and Windows. It's capable of protecting digital files. It can run in the background and its resource usage can be tweaked. The backup can make changes to different destinations including the cloud, another desktop PC/laptop, or external drive.
CONS: In case of an operating system failure, the OS and its apps require re-installation for file restoration. Thing is, Crashplan isn't an ideal alternative for image/clone/boot backups. But the image backups frequency can be minimized through Crashplan via file "snapshots" that constantly change.

PROS: I like its LDAP integration. The process is seamless when the app is deployed to desktop PC or laptop. The dashboard is user-friendly. Useful details can be spotted on the main page. An app with low overhead. I like how it can be backed up on set schedule. It can be manipulated so it won't use up bandwidth.
CONS: It's currently not compatible with the iPad. Our users who use iPads can't back up data. So for now, we're resorting to an iCloud.

PROS: The great thing with CrashPlan is that it can easily be deployed. It's a backup that's both dependable and secure. When it boils down to missions critical backup, 100% compliance needs to be adhered. Desploying CrashPlan ensures our users are confident not to do anything tedious just to have the right backup. They're given the flexiblity in recovering files within our IT policies.
CONS: Nothing much to comment in this section. But in my personal opinion, no alternatives is as good as this. I guess upgrades on web/console would be a great functionality to add.

PROS: CrashPlan is very simple to do. The moment you get it installed, everything seems to work. It immediately backs up your user profile. If you're in need of capturing something else different in your PC or want to share something, simply hover to the "Add" button and click, then point it to a new location. If you want to do backups multiple times in a single day, simple go for the backup slider, and mae the necessary adjustments so a backup can be performed.
CONS: My only complaint has something to do with the solution's aggressive approaching kicking off backups once it's installed. If I leave it running on the server, it would automatically start making an admin account backup. I'd have to put a stop to it and resort to pointing it to the directories I wanted it to back up. It's nothing bad. But it can be annoying when I have to keep doing that.

PROS: It simply functions admirably. It runs quietly in the background. It ensures all your files are stored in a safe manner offsite. Setup and configuration was easy. You can make configurations on which folders you want to make a backup of.
CONS: There's really nothing to hate its basic application. Having an e-mail notification if something was restored would be an excellent security function.

PROS: The product is easy to utilize and deploy. We've made use of it for a few years now. It's job is to make sure our users are backing things up completely and frequently. The software management UI allows for an overview of where backup problems are. It also shows a view of your present usage. Allowing users to restore their own files saves plenty of admin time.
CONS: There have a wide array of products running varying versions on numerous platforms. There have time when it's hard to spot proper documentation on their site. But their chat functionality online can be utilized to settle for proper support. Support is an A+. I wish their product was a bit cheaper.

PROS: I'm able to set this up around 70+ endpoints. For a few years now, I've been monitoring backups. I had a few devices with failed backups due to high consumption of PC resources when dealing with bigger datasets. The issue was swiftly looked into. This was either done via a support knowledge database or seeking help from support itself.
CONS: The only complaint I got has something with that being a cloud-based MSP platform. With software, it couldn't ship hard dirves for bigger restores.

CONS: It's expected for the software to through numerous requests for new functionality. Customer experience is essential the team. Sp far, there's nothing I hate about the product.

CONS: Our customer success manager tends to be busy without replying timely to e-mails. Things seem busy and it's never a good idea for me to contact them before reaching out to online chat.
