PROS: ContractRoom did a tremendous job enhancing the efficiency of our contract process. It allowed us to have increased control over the process. Its contract rules/approval are currently the best in the market. It's the best thing that I've ever experienced (so far). I'm happy to finally be able to negotiate and then sign in the end --- in just one convenient process.

CONS: I really think more details need to be included within the implementation and intial training process. We made a second round request for training. It was actually helpful, but that would've been avoided altogther if the first round of training were more detailed.

PROS: ContractRoom did a good job in shaving off time for my sales team. It did so by eradicating the usual slugging happening between contract negotiations. Before, we utilized Hellosign (and other platforms like it) when were smaller. We shifted to Docusign as we started to grow. Thing is, both were missing product functionality or the pricing was too high for what they're both capable of. Thanks to ContractRoom, it propelled our team to push with the agreement way faster than what we were able to do with our previous tools.

CONS: We felt we weren't good enough to move forward given our company credentials. Contract management appears to be one heck of a saturated market. We talked about moving on with Salesforce. Thing is, the're no Salesforce integration available. That would've been a long term issue if we continued pursuing it.

PROS: Its approval/worklow and pre-installed controls around sections and clauses are really useful. An aduti trail is available for any changes made. Being able to add comment is another benefit. It's a great solution for drastically reducing attachments, versioning, and e-mails. Its visual workflow control functionality is pretty awesome.

CONS: I'd love being able to look into graphics and images found in the system. Having a Box integration or some kind of online storage would be fantastic. That would help move files currently pending, set for review, and moved between locations (when finally approved).

PROS: When it comes to business negotiations, everyone would concentrate on the contract offered in paper. The final contract version is the easiest part. The challenging part is the negotiation process happening between my company and the counterparty. ContractRoom automates this difficult process. It's about time to have something like this to finally get over the pain in business negotiations.

CONS: Just like any innovation in the process of business, I tend to get infuriated that my company isn't capable of adopting solutions quickly. This is more of a user problem than the technology itself.
