Divvy Review

PROS: I love that we can integrate our credit card with this budget/expense tracking system. It simplifies things and definitely saves us a lot of time!

CONS: There are some glitches in the system wherein the photos of the receipts disappear after uploading.

PROS: The best thing about this app is its very helpful and knowledgeable customer support. That, on top of a user-friendly and functional app that definitely makes our office life easier and worry-free.

CONS: I don't have any bad experience with it.

PROS: This app digitizes everything. We no longer have to do the heavy paperwork just to manage our finances. Saves the trees!

CONS: I have no bad experience yet.

PROS: It's user-friendly and does its job. Their customer support is great as well!

CONS: There is no available training to learn the new features.

PROS: Tracking expenses and doing transactions within the team are made easier by Divvy. It's super easy to use that's why everyone in our team loves it! Their customer service is excellent as well.

CONS: Some statements come a little late. It's not immediately issued every time we receive an automatic payment.

PROS: The ability to customize/create additional budget on the fly, regardless of need. The user support team is very responsive and provides high quality support.

CONS: Nothing problematic

PROS: Divvy gives me complete control of the credit card use of each employee. Divvy gives me full visibility and implementation of our expense policy. Customer service is great. Our rep monitors our account and when transactions get declined for whatever reason, they quickly follow-up to make sure that the problem is resolved.

CONS: QuickBooks integration still requires WebConnect files instead of DirectConnect. Statements are difficult to work with.

PROS: I love this app so much because it's very useful for our business. I allow employees to track their expenses and attach receipts and POs for easy liquidation. It also has a fund transfer function.

CONS: I don't like that I have to attach a photo of the receipt to complete a transaction. I hope POs are enough.

PROS: Divvy allows my company to manage and organize our expenses well. It also allows us to limit transactions so we could avoid overspending or misuse of funds. I also love how fast Divvy grew and upgraded. It's really a must-have for us.

CONS: I find the loading of funds a little laborious. I hope they could simplify it. Another issue to me is bills payment because it's not efficient and intuitive. I hope it allows users to see their bill as they pay without having to check the statements. The semi-flexible payment terms can be confusing as well. I received a penalty for "missing" the due date, but it's not supposed to have a strict due date because of the terms.

PROS: We are able to categorize transactions after the purchase using custom fields that are searchable. Funds are allocated to a person, not a specific credit card number. Our team can switch between a physical card and virtual cards; those transactions can be categorized in a way specific to our organization. This flexibility has completely changed the way we do business. No exaggeration when I said Divvy is a game-changer.

CONS: This is a new software so it can be buggy and slow at times. However, Divvy has consistently and timely addressed issues and is continually investing back in the product.

PROS: Divvy's software is simple and user friendly. It's easy to keep track of expenses and sort through what needs attention and what's ready to go to the expense report.

CONS: Seems like the needs attention feature needs attention. Even after filling out required filled it still shows the needs attention status?

PROS: We switched from an old Visa card with no online functionality, lengthy customer service calls, and overall nothing more than a working credit card. Not to mention, it took 3 months to set up automatic payments every time we opened a new card. Switching to Divvy was easy, free, and seamless. In an organization with 20 credit cards, they've saved us dozens of hours each month, improved accountability, and made using a credit card almost as fun as it can be. We also researched other paid products (e.g. SAP Concur) and Divvy is far and beyond a better UI with all necessary features while they continue to improve and build out other fancy features. I 100% recommend Divvy to every business. Their people and customer service is also top notch. I would definitely apply to Divvy myself if I was looking for a new job in their locations.

CONS: None.

PROS: Real time transactions are a big plus. Being able to have receipts is great.

CONS: Being able to zoom in on receipts would be helpful.

PROS: It's FREE which is amazing. It automates expense reports, allows for sending and receiving funds in real time, and so much more. Couldn't live without it.

CONS: Nothing
