DocuWare Review

PROS: Docuware allows me to sign documents within the software. We no longer have to circulate documents to different desks just to have it signed. Just access the document in the software!

CONS: I don't like that I have to sign in every time I use it.

PROS: This is great software for the safekeeping of confidential documents, images, and other file types. It has large and secured data storage.

CONS: I don't have any complaints! It's a good software for documentation tasks.

PROS: This is a great program not only for safely storing information but in securely sharing this info as well.

CONS: Its email feature looks like a super old version of the email apps because it isn't updated. I wish they could update it to make it the perfect app!

PROS: It is a pretty straightforward software that automates documentation workflows and provides large file storage.

CONS: A tech support team is always there to help so my issues are resolved in no time. I have no issues.

CONS: Creating and editing emails isn't that convenient. It's literally an obsolete interface for email. It still does its job, but it's really hard to use especially if you're used to Gmail.

PROS: Docuware is an all-in-one software that sends automated emails and stores large files in a cloud. File sharing among and within our organization is made easier and seamless because of this software.

CONS: You need to update it regularly because it might affect the performance of the app significantly. If it's not updated, it sometimes fails to save a file properly.

PROS: I love Docuware's intuitive user-interface. It makes the whole user experience more seamless. This tool helps us with our workflows and document management. I especially love the cloud storage that allows us to store and share large files.

CONS: I have a good experience using this app.

CONS: I hope they will improve it so users can edit documents within the app.
