PROS: Using the program is really easy. It allows us to save documents in a cloud, keep it secured, and conveniently send it through email when needed. Having all of these in a single platform is amazing.
CONS: Creating and editing emails isn't that convenient. It's literally an obsolete interface for email. It still does its job, but it's really hard to use especially if you're used to Gmail.

PROS: This software promotes effective collaboration within our team. It provides us a cloud-based workspace which makes it easier for us to share documents and other files even to our remote workers. We don't have to worry about the security of sending a file through email. It allows us to update the files/documents in real-time. We don't have to worry about sharing old versions.
CONS: It is a pricey software. The interface is also cool, but it really takes time to learn.
