PROS: Domo is all in one solution. It provides more than 450 pre-integrated connectors to different data sources, it saves time and we can provide valuable service to our customers immediately upon deploymnet. This is more than BI/Analytics solution it is closer to business management platform.
CONS: This is new level of business software solution that is beyond the basic BI/ANALYTICS.
The least favorable review
PROS: Once you start connecting everything becomes amazing. You hav to know that the connectors are selling point and an important piece of the software. We can easily connect Google Analytics to SAP. The advanced analytics of this software with card is simple thing, and I can pivot data in any way possible.
CONS: Let’s talk about the price first, $7K on a monthly basis for connectors is too high. Also, the data we get by extraction is less than the price of Domo. There is no Ad-Hoc reporting and it doesn’t allow access to raw data set. Furthermore, there is a steep learning curve despite the support it provides.

PROS: I really appreciate the power that this tool has, especially when compared to its competitors. Unlike its competitors, this one can alert us via SMS and email, has an application notice that is versatile, and is able to administer itself. It's a tool you can rely on across the board. It's also perfectly suited to today's business environment since it can proactively warn when it comes to business metrics, while at the same time able to adapt at every turn. As I said, it can self-administer and doesn't really need much support. It's a perfect tool for officials, administrators, and analysts to use to discuss what's happening in their business.
CONS: The only thing I really have trouble with is the price point. Other than that, I think this is an exceptional tool

PROS: Domo's overall functionality makes it an excellent tool for business intelligence. Data reports can be visualized, and you have a suite of options on how you want the data presented. It also enhanced communication within our team as we all can share and access reports easily.

PROS: I like how flexible this tool is and it offers greta amount of connectors to use. The transformation layer is wonderful and it allows anyone to perform advanced transformation. The ability to get data live and quickly is great, it allows us to build full dashboard with some complex data sets within few days.
CONS: Filtering on pages can be clunky and not smooth as other tools. Also, the adaptability to all screen sizes is nice but it makes the dashboard not to appear as intended on large or even small screens. It would be greta if they could include an ability to resize more than 3 chart sizes.

PROS: I love how user-friendly and intuitive their interface is. Even if you're not someone tech-savvy, the functions and buttons are arranged and designed so well so you don't have trouble getting it quickly. I also love how it has allowed me and my team to have just one platform where we can collect and look at the data about our database, our social network interactions, and progress, as well as our website traffic. Because of that ease, we're confident that the decisions we make for the business are based on data. The fact that it is mobile accessible is also a great thing since I can check on it even if I am not physically at the office.
CONS: I wish that I could personalize this to fit the needs of our team. For instance, there may be some tasks where it would have been helpful if I could modify some functions so that it would be actually helpful in finishing the task. The variance calculation function could also be more complex. As of now, even if it does the job, I think it is very basic. I think we should be given the option to add more functions so that the variance calculation function can do more complicated things.

PROS: I love how user-friendly this software is, and how the information it gathers for us takes us to even the tiniest and most granular detail. I also really appreciate the speed with which it can come up with client information, cards, and dashboards. It can adapt pretty quickly when it comes to changes in time allotments and adding channels, allowing us to look at things from a different and distinct perspective. With this tool, I've been able to collect, control, and show a uniform perspective when it comes to business metrics.
CONS: One thing I'd like to see in future versions are alternative options for coloring.

PROS: This tool is incredibly diverse and comprehensive when it comes to its features. For one, I have been able to really improve communication with my team, since I now have a virtual channel where I can not only plan projects and meetings but also share what I've learned, what I've contributed, as well as my own opinions. It's user-friendly and I have been able to use it come up with comprehensive and useful reports. It's helped me to easily visualize the information I have on hand and easily share it with the team. It's really helped me get organized and efficient.
CONS: When it comes to the board, I think they can make it more useful by adding more options. Other than that, I think this program has been a really great help to me and the company I work for. It's been a great tool when it comes to storing information and the solutions it has provided us have been very effective. Adding more options to the board would really just be improving on an already stellar product.

PROS: There are a number of things that I like about this tool. First off, It has helped me avoid gaps in communication within the team thanks to its great options for dashboard sharing. I also like how their feature for systemic layers empowers me and other employees to make our own dashboards and reports. Finally, I have found it really easy to integrate this with our local data center because of the numerous plugins it offers.
CONS: I really think they can improve the onboarding process by providing more training material because what I've found is that I and my teammates have to research on our own for issues encountered. More support in this regard would be really appreciated. This software's requirement that you can only fetch on their own database is also a bit time-consuming and has made us move our data to the cloud if we want visibility in real-time. If they could improve on this in future versions, that would be great.

PROS: Domo has great way for handling data extraction, storage and SQL. We can easily set up automated datafeeds. It has lot of pre-conecctions to APIs and this means that we don’t have to worry for maintaining those connection in house. The support team is great and they constantly release new features and options. They are open to suggestions and feedbacks. I like that we can create custom dashboard builds.
CONS: There is no much control over formatting the dashboards. Also, there is no way to host Domo visualization on our sites and what I mean by that I cannot have charts that adhere to small multiplies. In addition, Domo can’t handle the same volume of data like other systems.

PROS: Domo offers valuable data to our IT department. It allows our executives to get the data they need in the format they need it. I like that multiple data sources can be combined together so we can build graphs in order to make better decisions.
CONS: There is a learning curve so you can learn how to write cards and all the intricacies of the program. It is a great project to get all the data linked to Domo’s platform. In order to get the best of the system it would be greta if you could work with your IT support. Once you learn how this program functions everything may become easier.

PROS: Domo’s support is second to none. The platform is user friendly and supports beats. I can easily access data and drill down through paths or I can filter data without affecting original card. PROS: I like this tool becuase I have an access to various data through APIs. I’m using it to pull in data from various tools and to combine it together. It offers lot of connectors and lot of apps we use connect well. As a BI tool i highly recommend this tool.
CONS: The fields I’m using for various programs don’t line up so I have to search for fields that match.

PROS: Thanks to the build proces we can easily find the most insightful way to display data. Once we found our preferred delivery method we have the reference at any time especially when business question repeats itself. The design is great and it allows us to take the data of Domo and to siplay it into other formats like paper reports or power point.
CONS: When it comes to learning the differences of the tool it can be really difficult thing to do because there is no initial training.

PROS: I like that I can easily connect multiple data sources and to speed up the responses for the internal stakeholders. Domo is simple and flexible tool with great layers for data sources from cloud apps, on prem data warehouse, csv and excel files. The visualizations are clear and it provides complete picture about the data on a diagnostic basis.
CONS: There is a lack of advanced analytical capabilities and inability to provide a story through data, and the lack of abilit to combine ETL data quality and data normalization tool and metadata tracking.
