CONS: Donation reports need some improvements. There are instances when somebody sends a donation, but the system declines their card. The platform doesn’t have reports for declined donations, which could be critical in the calculations. It would be helpful if the system instantly notifies donors when such instances happen too.

PROS: This tool is convenient to install, integrate, and use. It carries a lot of helpful pre-installed reports as well.
CONS: I think it lacks options for the donation schedule. There are people who want to regularly donate according to their own time.
