What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to access files from anywhere is probably the best feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You cannot edit files within their system, so everything has to be downloaded, edited then uploaded again.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I will not be using again so I have no features that I want added.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I had the system for about 4 months when I found out that my other database was offering unlimited storage, so I called to have my files downloaded and was told I would have to do that a drawer, folder or file at a time. I just wanted the files I had uploaded since starting the system and they couldn't accommodate me. Also, I was told I would not get a refund for the balance of months that I would not be using the system. They don't do refunds, they will just not my file as non renew for next year. Not sure I trust them to hold to that. I would not recommend for anyone trying to figure out what they want.
