PROS: Emma has come out as an easy to use tool when you want to build professional and unique emails. You only have to drag and drop after creating a template for your emails, which bring better customization for your campaigns. It is easy from the setup to running your campaigns and analytics.
CONS: It does not support the use of Google fonts, which brings about a limitation on your part. They can improve on this by upgrading the tool to support Google for convenience in use. However, the problem might not be entirely on their end. It may be on the device or email itself.
The least favorable review
PROS: Has above average templates, which have the ability to be customized easier than other products. But for the money, it would be expected.
CONS: The $399 Training was an absolute scam and waste of money. Had a 20 minute "overview" of the features I mostly already new. They claimed the training was an hour, but even if that were true (and its not) that would still be a ridiculous waste. So dont waste money on that.

PROS: The customization solution is awesome. It is easy to customize your campaign the way you want it to look like. With Emma, you can drag and drop anything to your design and create presentable campaign designs. It has a response feature that provides a platform on which you can respond to inquiries from your customers. The click map is also convenient in monitoring the activities and behavior your target audience to know their preferences. When you compare with Constant Contact, Emma allows you to track who clicked on a particular item. You can also check the responsiveness of an email to mobile viewing before sending it.
CONS: It is slow when typing content. You have to wait for the system and thus inconvenient. When you try to make changes to you text while using the tool, they may not be saved and thus you have to always preview the text before sending it. Since the formatting can change when you send content to multiple emails, an attempt to change it can result to additional issues.

PROS: It is user friendly and customer centered which means inexperienced admins can get started right away in running and managing their marketing projects. The agency feature allows you to manage all units from a single platform and provide them with the right tools to reach their target audiences. You can help each unit to customize their strategies for better targeting of customers. It helps produce real-time reports based data collected from the marketing campaigns for ease of analysis. The automation feature eliminates the need for guesswork when you are ending customized messages to your customers.
CONS: The tools in the agency feature are not up to date with the current era and thus we are left to sort out those solutions by ourselves. Although they may include those solutions in future upgrades of the tool, it is still an issue in our end, especially in data integration.

PROS: It accommodates both small and enterprise businesses. It is highly scalable and you can scale it with ease as your business grows. Its API deployment has countless configurations irrespective of the number of services you have. The customer support is top notch and ever available.
CONS: It would be better if they had sub-categories for the email lists. This would reduce the search time when you are looking for a customer in a long list. At times, the tool can be slow, which is a minor drawback.

PROS: From automation to how easy it is to use you can take your campaign on the road very fast. Since it is user-friendly, you will not spend a lot of time finding your way around it. This means that, you waste less time when it comes to getting your campaigns out to your target audience.
CONS: It does not offer a split feature for our email list. For those who manage a huge list of emails, it can be difficult to carry out A/B testing. An add-on on such a feature will be a good thing for users of the product as it will make the work easier.

PROS: It is a great customization tool. If you have templates for your campaign and you want to make them look attractive and unique, Emma makes it easy for you. You can manage a list of your customers or emails in a convenient way. You can also set a date or time when the emails should be sent automatically to your target audience.
CONS: It can be frustrating at times especially when you want to edit the HTML in certain sections of the tool. This may be due to the fact that it has heavy design features. When entering text, the spacing between the lines is unmanageable; this makes it difficult to type.
