PROS: Many tests available, candidates can be monitored automatically through their web cams to prevent cheating, good reports, process is very straightforward, you can start using Evalart to assess candidates within minutes of signing up.
CONS: The more advanced features are not too intuitive (although support is very responsive when you have questions on the usage of the platform)
