PROS: The good thing is that the HR can be used alone or integrated with HR and Payroll packages. The price is affordable, it is very intuitive and easy to use. Sage does not require much training and maintenance costs like some other HRMS software. The report functionality is easy to use and you don’t even to spend much time on trainings or to have knowledge of Table structures into database. You are able to create new reports to suit your business needs or you can use its standard reports both are very helpful.

CONS: The reporting functionality tool is somewhat limited than others, but it is still efficient for our business needs.

PROS: In my opinion, the system is user friendly and easy to set up, it is great even for those with little payroll background. It is really easy to run this software. You can easily do reporting to HMRC via FPS, EPS and Pensions Module. With Auto Enrolment you can run the software effectively.

CONS: To be honest, this software won’t be of service for large finance departments, it is great for small business and companies that have around 300 employees and who want to get some basic information out of the payroll.

PROS: Snowdrop KCS happens to be a simple HRMS. It can work as a standalone HR or can function as an integrated HR/Payroll HR combo. It's cost effective. Simple to utilize.

CONS: Its report writing feature seems to be restricted compared what others are offering. However, it still suffices to meet a majority of business requirements.

PROS: This is a really user-friendly tool that is a great help when it comes to coming up with payroll. Their feature tackling that is smooth and easy to use. Their menus are actually pretty easy to move around in, to be honest. All around, it's been great in making a business move smoothly.

CONS: I wish that there would be fewer updates, because it seems like when they happen I end up having a difficult time logging in or the system just straight up crashes. It is something that really makes it difficult to really be fully into this tool.

PROS: I can't stress enough how this tool has made work less tedious now. I can do information entry quickly and easily, I can track reports, move from tab to tab without any trouble. It may seem like little things but all of them work together to make work be a little easier than usual.

CONS: I think they can improve the way that they track hourly vacations. One thing that I have discovered is that the way it is set up ends up messing up certain things like the employee's anniversary. Working on this could really take this tool to the next level.

PROS: Sage HRMS is super easy to utilize. Configuration has never been this simple. Reliable all around. History tracking functions reasonably well.

CONS: While it's simple enough in writing custom queries, it's another story with custom reports. Skills in report writing is needed to succeed with it.

PROS: Simple to use. Its add-on modules provides a wide range of options. Hence, it can cater to a lot of needs. So far, it's offerings have been great.

CONS: It's a problem when it comes to completely setting up integration with our current accounting general ledger. We're currently making use of Sage ERP. Still, it hasn't completely integrated after trying for a year now.
